If you're ever in 493 E Interstate 30, Rockwall, Texas 75087, you've got to check out Tea Harmony Cafe. Their cortado was a tiny cup of espresso perfection. The café had a cozy, European café vibe with sidewalk tables and acoustic guitar tunes. A romantic spot for coffee and conversation.
