I recently visited Tea Harmony Cafe during a quick stop in 493 E Interstate 30, Rockwall, Texas 75087, and it left a lasting impression. The latte art on my cup was a true work of art, almost too beautiful to drink (but I did anyway). The café's cozy ambiance and knowledgeable staff create a welcoming atmosphere that's hard to beat. I'll be back for sure.

I'm sorry to say that Tea Harmony Cafe left much to be desired. The latte was lukewarm, and the barista seemed disinterested. The overall experience was forgettable, and I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.
