I hit up Tea Top Bellaire in 9889 Bellaire Blvd, Suite E203A, Houston, Texas 77036 and tried their caramel latte. It was sweet like a summer romance, and the barista was like a coffee wizard. The only downside? The seats were as hard as my ex's heart. Bring a cushion if you plan to stay a while!
