I had a terrible experience at Team Italian Cafe. The coffee at 18 West Brickyard Rd., Frisco, Texas was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Team Italian Cafe managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
