Love this spot. Free wifi, great customer service, clean bathrooms, chill atmosphere, complimentary seaweed crisps. 10/10 would recommend. ���

Delicious. Great and fresh! My only qualms are that they could drop a little more pearls into them and they need to expand their smoothie flavors.

I've been coming here for years but after tonight I won't be anymore. I asked for extra shaved ice since the shaved ice came with very little ice and the staff rudely said I have to pay for that. It's one thing that you have to pay for extra ice but to be rude about it? No thank you.

I used to go here quite a bit, but after my most recent visit, I am extremely disgusted with this place.



I ordered a Taro Milk tea with egg pudding. When the drink came out, it had tapioca in it instead of the egg pudding as I had requested. I even checked the label to make sure I ordered correctly. I had already put the straw in before I realized that the drink was not correct. My friend took a sip of the drink to try it since they did not mind the tapioca.



I took the drink and stood in line again to show them the label and have the drink made again with the egg pudding. They took the drink from me and the conversation went as follows:

Me: If you're just going to throw that drink away, could we keep that?

Teapioca Lounge: No. We're going to take out the tapioca and put the egg pudding in it.

Me: I'm allergic to tapioca so I can't have that same one since the tapioca was already in there.

Teapioca Lounge: But we'll take the tapioca out.

Me: No, I cannot have anything from the same cup because the tapioca has touched it.

Teapioca Lounge: Okay, we'll make you a new one.

Me: So could we keep that drink since you're going to throw it away?

Teapioca Lounge: No, we're going to reuse the cup.

Me: No. You will need to use a new cup because the tapioca already touched that cup.

Teapioca Lounge: (Another employee came over at this point) We'll wash the cup with soap.

Me: No. Why can't you just make a new drink in a new cup?

Teapioca Lounge: You want a new cup? Okay, we'll give you a new cup.





I wanted to give the original drink with the tapioca to my friend so it wouldn't be wasted. If Teapioca Lounge just didn't want us to have a "free" drink then they could have just said so. But it did start from them making the drink incorrectly in the first place.



Taking the drink back over the counter, opening it, taking things out and adding something different to it is just plain unsanitary. Teapioca Lounge wanted to wash a flimsy plastic cup with soap to give to a customer? I'm sure these cups were not meant to be reused. With all the business that Teapioca Lounge seems to get, I did not think that they would make such a big deal over one drink that they screwed up on. If they wanted to reuse the tea and cup, does that mean they took the tapioca, rinsed it off and put it back into the bucket to serve other customers!?



I am extremely disgusted with what happened and all the things that they actually said to a customer. It doesn't matter if their drink is good or their prices are reasonable. This place is not worth going to if they are going to give their customer drinks with a reused cup or a drink that someone has drank out of. It makes you reconsider all the food and drinks you've received from this place.
