These guys rock!
Great social atmosphere and the staff is very sweet. They were extremely accommodating with my health needs and they helped me decide which tea to modify for my needs.
A delicious Hot Chai Cream Tea with honey!
Perfect for this 50degree weather!
Definitely coming back!

Use to come here daily but with the new staff milky flurrys and service has downgraded, sad because it use to be a 5 star place.

Walked in and out within 10 mins! They were very fast and nice. I got the lychee smoothie with tapioca, very sweet!

Love the drinks all flavors . The serves here is always friendly and smiles. If I lived here I would be here every day. My kids love it.

I like the drinks I just don't like the balls at the bottom anymore but I get very hydrated with these drinks and they taste very good

An seemingly infinite variety of choices. The service was EXCELLENT! Never had better service in my entire life. Can't remember the ladies name but she was so friendly and helpful. Offered to change our order if we didn't like what we got since we were experimenting. Check out this place. I highly recommend it.

How could anyone not love this place. They got a drink for everything. Although I am upset you cut down on hot teas, I understand a lot of people don't like hot tea and for that I can forgive.

There is smoothies here, coffee, teas, but I usually always get the honeydew smoothie or the chocolate banana smoothie. Both are very good, and what I like about this location is that when I enter my phone number I get rewarded point which go towards a free drink.

The wait times are usually short and the staff is always friendly. They have games to play while your waiting too or if your sticking around. They also have a computer and wifi and charging stations for your phone.

Been coming here for 5 years, I won't be back. Drive though the rain tonight (12/4/16) to get my wife a smoothie and was standing in the door at 9:55PM. They said they had already closed. Door was unlocked, closing time on the website was 10PM, girl was counting the register. I've worked a lot of jobs, and I never closed shops before their stated times.
The 3 employees (hispanic, white girl with curly hair and someone else ducked behind the counter) should all be fired. Only way I'll step foot in there ever again.

Amazing BobaTea. We love this place. Our new favorite thing here is their shaved ice/ice cream thing. It melts in your mouth and tastes amazing.

Great Place!! Bubble Tea is their THANG! Unlike a lot of places in Austin that "serve bubble tea", this is what these guys and girls ARE HERE FOR! BIG Difference. If you haven't stopped by one of their Austin locations, then....be sure and JUST DO IT!!
