So DISAPPOINTED in both workers on black Friday while visiting my hometowns mall!!!!!

Was from out of town, took my family and niece to the mall on Black Friday 11/24/17 around 5-6 p.m. My niece wanted to get her favorite wintergreen tea there. So we go and see where you can taste test the two teas they had showing. The lady thabt was working there was so damn rude!! As we are testing the teas she came over there with a rude tone saying “no I’ll poor it for you” like we was going to drink the whole container! First of all she didn’t have to have such a rude attitude but to top it off my niece goes inside and wants to purchase her tea and the guy proceeds to tell her that they were shutting down and about to close. So we were like ok, well hours later as we are leaving the mall we happened to pass Teavana and they were still open!!!!! Like how rude was it to tell customer they are shutting down the tea because they were closing but yet didn’t close at all!! Never again will I return to this place when visiting my hometown mall!!!

Rowan and Priscilla are amazing! I always get good service here. The staff is very down to earth and extremely knowledgeable.

This Teavana has excellent service. I found the employees to be very knowledgeable of their products and grant helpful recommendations. Definitely recommend. The previous reviewer who gave this store a one star was wrong. Every time I buy my products here, it is always a wonderful experience.
