I was excited to try The Duchess Tearoom, but it fell short of my expectations. The iced latte was bland, and the prices were steep for what they offered. I won't be returning anytime soon.

I have mixed feelings about my experience at The Duchess Tearoom at 5201 W Lovers Ln, Ste A, Dallas, Texas 75209. On one hand, the latte was superbly crafted, with intricate latte art that was almost too beautiful to drink. However, the wait time was longer than expected, and the prices were a bit steep.
