I love The Local Seat! It’s affordable, it can be a chill session and can escalate quickly to a party . They have games , drinks , and a great hookah! I was there for my birthday on Tuesday and will be having my going away shindig there as well. I’m definitely sad I’m moving because I won’t have my favorite spot anymore, but I’m definitely coming any time I touch down in Houston!

The Local Seat is a coffee oasis tucked away in 4822 Martin Luther King Blvd, Houston, Texas 77021. The latte art they create is nothing short of mesmerizing, and the baristas are true coffee artists. I highly recommend their caramel macchiato – it's a work of art!

I had high hopes for The Local Seat, but sadly, it fell short of my expectations. The coffee tasted burnt, and the prices were quite high for what was offered. I left with a sense of disappointment and doubt whether I'd return.
