The Sherman Perk and Treehouse Gift Shop offers a large array of unique gift items, as well as delicious coffee and food.
The Perk And The Treehouse Gift Shop Description
The Auxiliary of Advocate Sherman Hospital welcomes you to our gift shop, The Tree House, and our coffee shop, The Perk, are located in the main lobby of Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin.

The Tree House offers a large array of unique gift items, including apparel, jewelry, baby items, flowers, cards, Breadsmith bread, and much more. The Perk offers seasonal and specialty coffees, teas, soft drinks, pastries, and healthy snacks.
All of the profits from your purchase go to the Auxiliary of Advocate Sherman Hospital’s initiatives.
The Auxiliary of Advocate Sherman Hospital was formed in 1945 and has had an integral role in the community for over 69 years. Our mission remains consistent, “to acquaint the community with the work of Sherman Hospital and to provide financial assistance. ”
Today, we support several initiatives, including scholarships for student volunteers committed to a career in healthcare, the Sunrise Life Center in the Cancer Care Center here at Advocate Sherman, the Geothermal Lake Educational Program, and the W. O. W. Program (Women ‘s Organization for Wellness).
Over the last 10 years the auxiliary has provided incubators and raised one million dollars to support the birthing center here at Sherman Hospital. This past March the auxiliary held it’s 50th Annual Benefit Gala, raising enough money to gift the birthing center the most recent state-of-the-art birthing simulator.
Since the first Benefit Gala, the auxiliary has raised over $5 million for the hospital and community.
The Tree House is open Monday through Friday from 8: 30 a. m. to– 7 p. m. ,
Saturday from 10 a. m. to 4 p. m. , and Sunday from 10 a. m. to 3 p. m.
The Perk is open Monday through Friday from 7: 30 a. m. to 6: 30 p. m. , Saturday from 10 a. m. to 4 p. m. , and closed on Sunday.
