Wonderful atmosphere and even better food! Absolutely everything on the menu sounded delicious. I ended up getting the Blt and I was amazed at how such a simple sandwich could taste so scrumptious. Also, the service was wonderful. Every worker greeted myself and my family members with a smile and direct eye contact. One specific lady was Sally, she was super busy cleaning off tables, coming by people's tables to see if they wanted a refill or anything else. She was so sweet and was very helpful. This is a new favorite place for me.

This is the best place in town, hands down! The food is phenomenal and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The owners have the best hearts, and I’m excited that Lubbock gets to experience such a pure place! Our new favorite restaurant!

The Watering Well Eatery was amazing! We tried it out today and were very impressed with everything we got. The kale avocado salad was great and so was the BLT bagel! Give the lemon cupcake a try, you won’t regret it. I love the concept of the restaurant and appreciate that they have brought such a great, healthy option to Lubbock! We will be returning and recommending!

The Watering Well Eatery is my new favorite restaurant. The food is ineffable and the setting is tranquil. Its refreshing to have food options as healthy as the food served here.

I would recommend this place to everyone!

So, everything was delicious! I have some food restrictions and have been waiting for this kind of place. I felt full, nourished, and heard. Super responsible and sustainable in a way I have not experienced in Lubbock. Highly recommended! Wonderful people working and I can’t wait to taste the coffee, it smelled amazing! (I got the Thai lettuce wraps and the hot turmeric tea)

Love having healthy, tasty meal options! Exactly what Lubbock needed! Thank you for offering vegan & Keto options! They are so important for families like mine whose health depends on food like this!

It was a pleasure to meet the owner's brother who shared with me a key component to the serene ambiance customers enjoy while dining there. Plus, the meal options are 'clean' for those with health restrictions, which is still a rarity in the LBK. #leadingtheway

I recently tried the Watering Well and really liked it! The chicken salad is SO good! Great atmosphere! The cheesecake and chocolate donuts are great also! I love that they carry some decaf teas and use better ingredients!

I never leave reviews, but this place guys. Literally one of the best places in Lubbock. Everything about it is awesome, the food, the atmosphere, the people...it’s so great. Anyone with allergies or intolerances...this place is a must.

I had the opportunity to eat here today with a friend, and it was absolutely delicious. I will have to go back soon to try all of the other menu items. I got the pulled pork sandwich and carrot cake, but the lasagna soup and cherry merlot turkey sandwich also sounded fantastic!

Great atmosphere and food. There was a small issue with my food, but management quickly corrected it and offered me a full refund, which speaks volumes about the level

of customer service. It’s a relatively new establishment, so I’m sure over time they will work out the kinks. If you go during a rush, expect a bit of a wait. My only real complaint, which is minor, would be that I wish there were more seating!

Food and service was on point! Went around 1:30pm on a monday .. beat the rush! Ordered the roasted chicken wrap with the salad and a vanilla latte. Beautiful restaurant with so many choices. Will definitely be back

Everyone was friendly and helpful with any questions I had about the menu. I wish I knew what the young ladies name was on Sunday afternoon. She was so informative with the best attitude! The food was ready in a timely manner. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly 💕💕 I personally give 5 stars. The entire experience was perfect ‼️

Astonished by the amount of healthy food I can get at this location. The micro greens were fabulous as was the service. Such a friendly staff and the owner, I can’t wait to come back for more! My body is taking me for eating here! Must have gluten free chocolate donut, alkaline water on tap, organic iced tea, great coffee, and spa like atmosphere!

This place is AMAZING! The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, great for kiddos. The food is out of this world! Im obsessed with the cherry merlot sandwich.. GREAT tasting gf/vegan bun! The house dressing is to die for and I love the hot tea with honey, lemon, ginger and tumeric! This is my new stop everytime I visit Lubbock!

update: have been back a few times, anxious to try other teas; got the earl grey creme with coconut milk and it was truly awful. $6 and extremely overpriced; I threw it away. Definitely hit or miss on some things!

Chicken salad sandwich and soup was yummy!!! The kids grilled cheese was way to fancy for my 2, 6 year olds! They need to simplify it ! Most Kids don't like fancy cheese --especially cream cheese! But everything else we tried was amazing!

We ate here tonight and while there are many wonderful qualities about this place- the food was just not great in my opinion.

We had two kids grilled cheese with a side of strawberries and grapes. I ordered the BLT with a side of the kale and chorizo soup and my husband had the jalapeño pulled pork sandwich with a side of bone broth. We also had a H2 Rose water, Americano, and one piece of coffee cake for $50. This is average especially when compared to a place like Panera. The building and inside are beautiful. There is so much detail and really amazing eco friendly touches about this place but my husbands bone broth tasted like lightly flavored water and my kale soup had no potatoes or chorizo like mentioned on the menu. It literally has broth, kale, and onions. The soups were also a $2 add in replacement of the traditional side. The coffee cake was delicious but small at $4 a slice and while none of it was disgusting by any means.. it seemed very overpriced for what it was. Like I said, Okay- but not exactly worth its price point for the portion and for flavor.

The kids meals were fine. The grilled cheese is "fancied" up a bit but quite good but if you have a picky eater they might be weirded out by texture. My kids didn't mind it at all and I actually liked the taste and size quite a bit.

I really do appreciate the eco friendly and healthy approach they are going for- and we were excited to try it but overall it just wasn't that great. I've seen many rave reviews for breakfast and hope to possibly try that in the future.
