Wow! I just picked up the hummus and pita bread, half tomato soup and brisket melt! Way more food then I can actually eat but wanted to try this place. I’m blown away at the taste and quality of food! I can’t wait to try more items!

We ate out on the patio today and it was delicious! We had an Italian sandwich, chicken salad sandwich, and tomato soup. Everything tastes fresh and homemade. We will definitely go back!

Stopped in with the family to try it out. Excellent sandwiches and soup. We had the tomato bisque, grilled cheese, brisket patty, Italian and the smoked turkey. All of them were excellent. Can't wait to go next weekend to try out the others!!!

Picked up lunch there yesterday and it was amazing, heirloom tomato grilled cheese and tomato soup. That tomato soup was one of the best I have ever had. I'll definitely be ordering from there again!

On our recent visit to our daughter's family in Prosper, TX we ventured a few miles north to Celina where we found Toasted Walnut. It is part of the delightful Annie Jack Design & General Store. The 3 of us has the Banh Mi, the 4 cheese grill and Brisket patty melt with Mean Green salad. All highly recommended. Looking forward to our next visit.

OMG! Joey has again outdone himself. I was always a fan but today I got to try to be a Italian sandwich with melted specialty cheese, slightly Smokey salami (nitrate free)on THE BEST gluten-free bun that was flavorful Without falling apart. Not to mention his tomato basil soup I think his mama is in the back making! REAL FOOD! Go see him in Celina Square where real country music is played outside and people wave to each other�

My husband and I stopped in there when we were in town for a while today. What an amazing little cafe. My hubby got the Brisket Sandwich and I had the sausage and kale soup with the mean green salad. Talk about amazing. We will definately be stopping in again if in town! Very fresh and the gentleman was so friendly.

Love this place! Never a bad experience and the Chicken Salad is one of the best I have ever had. The Chef also bend over backwards to make his customers happy.

I loved the tomato soup. I like the ideas that the cook has about growing more of the things that he is cooking with. H was very nice and fun to talk with. I went for lunch after it had only been opened for a short time.

I have yet to try something that is less than amazing. If you are having trouble deciding what to try first, start with the brisket patty melt. It is life changing!

I have been wanting to visit The Toasted Walnut Cafe for a while now, today was the day!! What an experience. I was greeted by Chef Joey who was extremely friendly and helpful. He sure knows his food, you can tell it’s his passion. I ordered the Italian and the brisket sandwich. Both were amazing, the best sandwiches I have ever had. The vinaigrette in the Italian was beyond yummy. And that bread... WOW! I will be back sooner then later.

I have been here a couple times, but today I finally brought my husband and he absolutely loved the food. He was sceptical at first bc I brought him into a women's boutique shop lol but he wants to go back again. I just love the Italian sandwich and I had the avocado and chips as a side dish with the sandwich. My husband had the chicken salad with avocado and a side Greek salad. It was amazing! Everyone needs to try this place, highly recommend!!!

I finally made it for lunch, and now I’m kicking myself for not coming so much earlier!! I had the Bahn Mi and the Tomato basil soup. I ate every single morsel of both, would have licked the bowl if I wasn’t sitting inside such an adorable store! � Service was amazing too...everyone was super friendly and helpful! I’ll definitely be coming back, a lot!! ��

Had lunch today with my husband. We had the Brisket Patty Melt and the Bahn Mi. My husband is extremely picky when it comes to food and he was pleasantly surprised. The barbecue dipping sauce and the pickled onions were on another level. My Bahn Mi was perfect. Could not ask for a better sandwich. Going back tomorrow for a lunch date with my girlfriend. Can’t wait to try something new. Wonderful experience!

Had a lunch meeting today at Toasted Walnut. We both got different sandwiches and traded halves they both were amazing. The meat was so tender that it literally melts in your mouth. It is going to be exciting to watch this little gem expand!

Came to check this place out with my mom today and it is AMAZING!!� Had the brisket melt and tomato bisque soup...best I have ever had, hands down! �. If you haven't tried it, you must, trust me!!

Amazing food and service. They even took time to cater to our picky little eater and she loved it as well. She even tried the salad dressing and said it was her new fav.

All I can say is wow! I had the turkey sandwich and my wife had half a grilled cheese and soup. We both agree they were great. Will be back for sure.

After reading the reviews, we decided to have lunch. It was my husband’s idea! What a hit! My husband and daughter more than enjoyed the Italian sandwich (which is served warmed....yum) and I had the Chicken Salad with Avacado! Oh my goodnes, the food was fresh and delicious, not to mention the blackberry sage tea. This cafe is worth our repeat business!
