I had a terrible experience at Tom & Jerry'S Coffee House. The coffee was cold, and the staff was rude at the 8153 Preton Drive, Dallas, Texas 75215 location. I won't be giving it another chance.

I'm sorry to say that Tom & Jerry'S Coffee House left much to be desired. The latte was lukewarm, and the barista seemed disinterested. The overall experience was forgettable, and I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.
