Nice little hidden gem. Been going to this place since it was Casa Garay. Inez was a waitress then, now she owns it. Food is always good. If you go now, you will get a treat. Inez has been in the kitchen. Food is delicious.

My mother inlaw invite us to eat at this place the food was delicious and yesterday my hubby and our kiddos went over again

My daughter Roxanne Valdez Acevedo brought me to this place, told me I would love it. She was right, I visit Trigos Mexican Restaurant quite frequent at least 5 days out of the week for breakfast. Flour and corn tortillas are made from scratch. Never have I experience bad food, service, or cleaniness.

I think everyone deserves a 5-STAR breakfast and most certain that the other meals served are just as great. Not from the area anymore, but worth the drive. A job well done Trigos staff.

Staff is friendly, food is well seasoned, good portions, prices fair. Daughter ordered Potato Flautas, I had Pozole, both OK... nothing spectacular.

Or less people. Expect a long wait if you have a large party. Otherwise I highly recommend it
