If you're ever in 801 S 2nd St, Waco, Texas 76706, you've got to check out Twisted Root Burger Co. Their cortado was a tiny cup of espresso perfection. The café had a cozy, European café vibe with sidewalk tables and acoustic guitar tunes. A romantic spot for coffee and conversation.
