We ate there for the first time last night and the food was absolutely delicious ! We had the sampler so we could get a taste of everything . I loved the down home atmosphere, family history and hospitality. We will definitely be back Nicholas!

Vautrot's Cajun Cuisine is our local Resturant. If you love seafood and regular home cooked meals this is the place to go. The atmosphere is very relaxing and friendly. You are greeted with a smile as soon as you walk in their doors and walk out full and very pleased. I know Louis and Martha Vautrot because of our many visits there and they are the two most generous and kind people you will meet. Be Sure to stop by and try it out if you are in the area looking for good food.

Tried this little hole in the wall of a restaurant today. It was absolutely amazing. My husband does not eat stuffed crab, but today he kept taking it from me as he was in love with theirs. Great FOOD, friendly STAFF. Really worth the trip. Everything was freshly breaded before frying. Not greasy at all. We got the Super Sampler and between us 2 still have plenty of left overs. We will be back.

This was the best food I've had in a LONG time!! Best French fries EVER, best chicken salad ever, and hands down...best coconut cream pie E V E R. Wonderful wonderful restaurant! 👌🏻

Outstanding food-the best catfish and shrimp I've ever had. The e'touffe is unmatched! The hospitality is equal to the cuisine. I feel like I've had dinner with family.

Omg I had gumbo and it was delicious I also had chicken fried chicken and it was big and good also. I will be going again loved everything about this place. Our waitress was so sweet and nice loved her.

Just simple, well made Cajun food. Can't wait to be back in SE Texas so I can swing by Vautrot's.

If your not looking for this quaint place you could easily drive by and miss it. Most of the parking is in the rear of the restaurant.

There is a lot of memorabilia that adorns the walls.

This is a family owned and operated business, we were served by the owners son.

The service was good and very friendly. The food was Great and fairly priced.

The one drawback is the restroom is outside

I've been going to Vautrot's for about ten years now, and I don't want seafood from any place but here! Not only is the food delicious, but the owners have the biggest hearts around. They have a vested interest in their community, and are staunch in their beliefs. Vautrot's ROCKS!

I used to work with Mrs. Martha and Nick a few years ago, and they haven't changed a bit. They are always smiling and will even sit down and visit with us every time if they are not too busy. The food is wonderful. Once you try them, I guarantee you will keep coming back for more.

I ordered through the Waitr app last week. I had ordered a dessert that they were out of so they offered me another one and even threw in free ice cream because of it. The seafood platter was excellent. Will be back.

I have been going to this restaurant for almost 20 years! Amazing food! Best cajun & seafood around! Try the uncle emricks sampler-may need to bring a friend to split it with! Catfish, shrimp, oysters, crawfish, gumbo, etoufe, salad & side-all for $20

Honestly one of the best diners I've ever been to! They may not have some crazy special dish that you just "have" to try, but I can promise you won't be disappointed with anything you order from their menu! But I will say the gumbo and red beans and rice are spectacular!! And the atmosphere is just so homey you'll want to come back with the whole family!

Best gumbo,fried shrimp, oysters, alligator, frog legs..best people...just the best, nothing more needs to be said. We've been eating here for 9 years. If we want Cajun or seafood,

we want Martha & Louis to cook it.

As always the food is to die for. Thank you for another great meal. We are never disappointed and the staff is the most friendliest in the Golden Triangle Area.
