Really like the food in this cafe. Uncomplicated, simple, and no compromises on taste. We had a garden burger and veggie sandwich, they were fresh. They have a nice patio too!

Great friendly service and the food is good. Love the migas for breakfast. Old country atmosphere and relaxing. Outside seating for warm weather.

Had a mediocre chef salad today. My wife had a BLAT (BLT with avacodo and blue cheese. Sounded good. The sandwich came upgraded with French fries. The whole dish was COLD. . . NOT EVEN A LITTLE WARM! The fat on the bacon was white it was so cold. So of course she sent it back, no apologies from waitress who said the bacon just comes from a big pan they precook, and that is how it is! Less than 3 minutes out comes a new sandwich, only top slice of toast is slightly warm, bacon still has white fat and is barely heated, the fries are hot; our guess was the plate saw the inside of a microwave for 2 minutes. Waitress says she will get a couple of slices of hot bacon. New lady brings them out asking if they are acceptable? No apologies, just a disdainful look on her face. The wife says “it shouldn’t be expecting too much to get hot food” - got an even sterner look. Still no apology just excuse that that is how they make them! So now the toast is so hard and dry she can’t eat the toast without scraping the inside of her mouth so she sets it aside. First she scrapes off the 1/2 tsp of avocado, the blue cheese turns out to be a very very thin layer of blue cheese dressing and she eats it with the one very thin tomato, humongous lettuce leaf and the 2 slices of hot bacon. They charge an extra $2. For a BLAT OVER A BLT! Such a huge disappointment overall. We can not recommend this restaurant to anyone - Stay away. BTW, the waitress finally did give an apology.

Thought food was hot and tasted great, hey 3 adults and 2 chicken less than $45... Very friendly and we got to talking they said breakfast was amazing and I believe them! Best of all was leaving and some people noticed our prayers before we ate and loved visiting with them afterwards​ a good home cooked meal - thank YOU JESUS 😇

Great Hospitality, a small wait but we'll worth it. Good down home cooking! Definitely a have to stop if your in the area and hungry...

Food was really good. We were swayed around 11 for Sunday brunch and they were already out of all pancakes and several other key items. Food was good but kitchen was very slow. We had read reviews that the place was amazing so we were pretty disappointed. We'll give it another try someday. ....maybe

Great menu. Basic. Catfish plate was awesome. Big piece of pie to close it all our. Reasonable prices

The food was good and decent prices. Wait staff is on the ball. From what I was told, normally there is a line. But we hit it just right. Walked in and sat down.

Yummy food and very friendly staff. The grilled chicken beast (on my salad) was awesome!!! . Only 1 coed restroom so long waits for that.

My honey and I come to wimberly every year. We love this cafe. The food and staff are excellent.
