it was super busy this Saturday morning but our waitresses was always on point. the staff was very friendly and our food came out fresh and hot. usually we go to big chain breakfast place but from now on we will be going here and the price is right too

You can feel his MIGHTY POWER when you enter the door!!! Our waitress prayed with our entire family and over our mother who was recently diagnosed with Lung Cancer we were sent to Lubbock for her to have surgery they were sending us home because they did not have surgery approved a few minutes after we left the restaurant the hospital called they have a spot for her and by his striped she is healed in Jesus name Amen.. Thank you thank you for obeying God our family honors this precious waitress!!

The hash browns were an even mix of crispy and soft potato shreds. I scaled "The Summit" of biscuit sliders with the skill of Sir Edmund Hillary. You could tell our waitress was well experienced but had not lost the joy in great customer service. That coffee cup stayed full. One reason to come back to Lubbock.

Sweet waitress, even though she was busy she took great care of us. The food was amazing and the prices are very reasonable. My favorite breakfast place in town!

Lubbock friendliness well represented here! Great breakfast awesome service and smiles all around! Our server Hannah was a sweetheart. It will be a regular stop when we visit our TT coed.

I wish I would've taken a picture of my meal, but it was so tasty that I din't even stop to think about it until I was almost done. I had the Western Omelet with hash browns and sour dough toast, and had to force myself to stop. The service was impeccable, as always and their sweet tea was on point.

I have nothing but praise for this restaurant and its staff. When I lost my father a little over a year ago, I decided to stop in to the Pancake House and eat before meeting with the funeral director because I knew it was going to be a long day. Well as I was sitting there staring at my food, the waitress noticed my demeanor and inquired about why I was not eating. I told her I just lost my father, and she immediately gave me a hug. When it came time to go, she did not allow me to pay for my meal, she bought it for me. That simple act of kindness and compassion is still appreciated as much today as it was then. Thank You! I will forever hold this place near and dear to my heart. They have excellent food here and the biscuits and gravy are my favorite!

Best place in lubbock for Breakfast and really any time of day! The Red Velvet waffle and Burrito I had yesterday were awesome. Also with being as busy as they were we were seated quickly and the service was excellent. Finally the staff were all very friendly and helpful

After a couple days of RRO for my son attending TTU, we had breakfast at Pancake House before the long road trip back to Austin. Place was packed but wait wasn't very long. I had the Western Omelette with hash browns and buscuit with gravy. All fresh made and delicious, I was hooked on the B&G and our waitress even brought me a second for NC! Service was excellent and food awesome!

I received good service, smiling waitress, but I especially enjoyed the "old time" theme of the 40's and 50's and of course the prominence of Jesus. Bacon and Eggs were good too!

I have always liked eating there, they have excellent service and we tip very well there :) Just had a very nice experience there on Sunday January 8,2017. We had a special couple pay for our breakfast and we paid it forward also, it was a lovely experience of good people....it very much made my day and I sincerely will always be a customer there...by the way they also have excellent food <3

I was very disappointed with the food, the hash browns were so greasy and they looked like just left overs and they were burned. The bacon was cold and chewy. It was the first time I took my mother and it was a bad experience. Not sure Im going back.

Rude Customer service and food has gone downhill big time! We try to go every few months. The hostess was rude, theguy that seated was rude, or waitress was ok, just running around like a chicken with her head cut off. When we got our food, couldnβt believe it, looked like we went to ihop. So disappointed, it will be a long time before we go back, if we ever choose too. οΏ½
