We’ve been to The Zone twice in the last two weeks and each time the place was clean and orderly. Staff were very helpful when go carts got stuck or there were other issues with equipment.



However, Paris went above and beyond this last weekend. She saw someone struggling and found an out of the box solution. She really made a wonderful visit to The Zone extraordinary! I cannot thank you enough ❤️

Went with the wife unit to play a little miniature golf. They have two 18 hole courses that were challenging and fun. Most of the holes were in pretty good shape, just a little minor maintenance needed here and there. Th place was clean, and they had plenty of staff on hand. Despite what appeared to be a couple (or more) of birthday parties going at once, everything appeared well organized. The batting cages were clean and appeared fully functional as we watched several batters take their turns. Prices were reasonable even without coupons. Yeah, I'd go back!

We have passed this place for years and finally decided to check the website and see if it's a place e the grandkids might like to try when they visit. With the online special it was a great deal for two hours of fun. They had a ball and these two old fogies enjoyed themselves as well!

This might be the best place I’ve been to in the dfw area. The staff is wonderful and the food is great. They definitely have the best deals in town. I feel that is someone doesn’t like this place, then they don’t know good hospitality when they see it. Definitely going back again!

The visit was mediocre until it was time to pick out prizes...Ray L. assisted my daughter with jokes and excitement. He made the last 5 mins well worth the money we spent. Go see Ray!

My fiance and I had so much fun here. We stopped in while on vacation down there and couldn't be happier with the way the staff treated us. Staff always had a smile on their faces and were very helpful. Whether you're an adult or a child, this is the place to be!

My Dad and I have been to many go karting locations and this one was really fun. The staff is kind, hella funny, and made sure that everybody was having fun. Go karts were fast enough to have fun but not get hurt when you got rammed. Would come back.

I took my daughter and her friends to zone action park in Lewisville for her birthday. They had a wonderful time. The park is well-kept and all of the staff were very kind and helpful. The girls drove the go karts and played mini golf. It was a little bit of a drive for us but very much worth it! We will be back.

I dont see why there are so many negative reviews. Just went there yesterday, my kids and i had a blast. Games were fairly new and well maintained. No there aren't a lot games like some other places because of the limited space, but still had fun. Put put course has recently been revamped with new carpet. Go carts were also well maintained. Took a few hacks at the batting cages and that was fun too. Very friendly staff, an overall great experience.

Had my 7 yr old's birthday party here yesterday and the entire experience was awesome! Our party host tended to our every need. Confirmed with me first before she moved the party along so I didn't feel rushed at all. The kids had a great time on the unlimited golf and bounce houses. They also couldn't get enough of the go carts or the arcade games!! I would definitely have another party here!! Highly recommend!

Went on 1-2-2016 on a Groupon. Staff was very friendly and the park was clean. Only down fall is that it rained the night before and the mini golf ground wet. Had a blast on the go carts for 3 hours.



Only key thing is to go early so you get the full value of the Groupon.

Its a great place my son had to parties there so far only thing I didnt like was that the party package its post to have 10 guest for game cards n arm bands but its really 9 guest because the birthday person is included in the 10 guest which doesn't make sense to me

I used to take my oldest son here 10+ years ago. We’d ride the double carts and his smile made every second worth it.



Flash forward to this week and I took a day off work to spend with each of my kids. My oldest decided he wanted go kart racing and we decided to head to a place in Frisco. Then I looked at the price. For the same price as 1 race at the super fancy place, we could unlimited cart and mini-golf.



We ended up racing for almost 6 hours. Lap after lap, he loved every second. Covered in sweat and little rubber tire beads, his same childhood smile permeated his face for the entire day. And remembered the time we’d spent when he was a kid - by the smell of the engine exhaust.



Is this the super fancy, amazing indoor facility offered elsewhere? Nope. It is still pretty well maintained and not the rundown old track I’d expected to see.



We had an absolute blast.

I took 3 of my nephews on a Friday night and They REALLY Enjoyed themselves. They loved the small go-carts, we also did miniature golf and they bounce house! We finished up by me taking them each on the large go-carts and some games inside! It was well worth the 4pack Groupon I purchased!

Great night out for my sons birthday!! Ray was an amazing attendant at the go-karts. He really made for a fun night at the center. My only critique was having to ask for an attendant at the Jr. karts for my little man. That and some attendants whistling for bumps while trying to pass. Overall fun experience. We will def visit again.

The Groupon was great me and my twins went and we had fun only thing i didn't like is the fact that there wasn't a lot of game options and the options they did have got boring really quick Also it kind of sucked that with the unlimited card you don't get tickets, takes away from the thrill of competing..without Groupon it's a little pricey for what they offer I don't think I would come again but my kids had a good time so that's what matters

The go-carts were enjoyable for the kids but there are so many rules and the go-carts are pretty slow and crappy... The mini golf was fine but all the water "pond" areas around the golf course were empty and had dead rats laying everywhere (maybe 7 that we saw), Batting cages were not well maintained but they were usuable...arcades were crappy and extremely old and not maintained or ever cleaned

I bought it on groupon , but i dont feel i got a bargain - i probably wouldnt recommend going again , id rather pay more and go somewhere nicer and more fun like SpeedZone in Dallas

We took our kids 8 & 10 there. My 10 year old did the gokarts several times. Then today they said he was too short - even tho they let a ton of kids shorter then him go on the carts, even a handful that were ahead of him in line. There is a significant lack of process and procedure there.



Kids were running rampant, jumping on tables, spitting water, stealing golf balls from people with little to no supervision.



We can only hope that the owners of this facility take the time needed to install some measure function that allows for people to have an enjoyable experience. Disappointed - I recommend either Speed Zone or Dave and Busters vs. this place.

Have been in past but last trip awful!!!!! My son was tall enough to drive go cart last time alone. But this time 2 inches too short. BS! Sticks set more to 56 inches not 54. One person at carts not even flush with ground. If ever come back will bring own tape measure and yes measured him before left home.
