I went here yesterday & this is the worst Auntie Ann's I have been to. My pretezal was hard as a rock & my Dr Pepper didn't taste good. They were very rude & not ready for anything.

Their pretzels are delicious and fresh (sometimes). But the service was slow. I think Auntie Anne's should have two cash registers so the service could go a little bit faster.

Sevice is horrible and the pretzels are always burnt, they are extremely pushy and rude, the staff is always talking about each other and customer and they don't care who hears EXTREMELY unprofessional I will not be going back to this location ever since I saw a fist fight almost break out right in the middle of there store BETWEEN TWO EMPLOYEES. Absolutely ridiculous.

So, Auntie Anne'S Pretzels in 1801 Beltline Rd SW, Decatur, AL 35601, USA – it's a bit of a hit and miss. The mocha was A+, but the Wi-Fi was a solid F. I had better luck connecting with my imaginary friend than to their network. Come for the coffee, but bring your own hotspot.
