The coffee at Bison Bistro was a revelation! I couldn't get enough of their specialty brews, and the 1701 Lafayette Pkwy, Opelika, Alabama 36801 location had a charming, rustic vibe. I'll be coming back for more.

Bison Bistro was a disappointment. The latte was lukewarm, and the pastries were bland. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience, and I won't be returning anytime soon.
