They're all really nice, but the donuts are not fresh. They are thawed from frozen factory donuts. So there's a freezer burn stale after taste on the yeast donuts. Good for regular coffee and nice service, but not donuts.

The staff is always so up beat and friendly. The coffee is made just how I like it! Great way to start your morning, coffee and a smile! 😉

Got two sweet teas (one of my favorite beverages at the Madison location) and they both tasted extraordinarily strange. It tasted almost like they made the tea with a used coffee filter. Service was fine (as one would hope with the order consisting solely of two sweet teas) but aside from that my experience was well below my expectations.

EDIT: Have since been back several times and each time my experience was at or slightly above par. I'd like to change my rating from 2 to 4 stars.

You can't beat the quality for the price. I stop here every morning on my way in to work. They are always fast and friendly. I have never had a problem with my order. I get a ham and cheese on an English muffin and it is always done perfectly.

Amazing crew. My coffee is almost always made correctly, and if not's not for whatever reason (life happens), they're so quick to correct it. Additionally, if I'm ever having a bad day, the crew is quick to provide a warm smile or a laugh. The customer service at this location is second to none.

Good service and variety, but not the best food ever.

Ask for american cheese and don't get it. Sandwich was thrown in the bag and i had to put it together myself. Not good to serve green tea when u ask for sweet tea. Don't serve a dirty muffin either. That's not very sanitary at all. No whip cream on my drink when i asked for it. Now the donuts are always great. Some of the staff is very nice. Leah is a sweetheart with a nice smile. Some things need worked on most definitely.

Every time I go they're fast and efficient with getting my orders right every time. Their breakfast is THE BOMB. You should also try their frozen hot chocolates (I love the salted caramel one).

The absolute worst Dunkin' on the planet. The staff is really bad. When I ordered an "iced vanilla latte" the guy at the counter asked if I wanted it hot or cold....

Then, what they gave me had maybe two ice cubes in it. I'm not sure it had any coffee in it at all. It was basically vanilla syrup. It tasted gross and I threw it away without drinking it.

One time I ordered a creme filled donut and got a custard one. Another, the donut was tossed into the bag upside down and all the icing stuck to the bag inside so my chocolate iced donut was not anymore.

I gave them several chances, but they are consistently horrible. I will not ever go to this location again. It is really sad because I love Dunkin' Donuts. However, if you don't want to get horrible service and nasty drinks, you gotta to the one in Madison or Huntsville.

Terribly disappointing.

For coffee in Athens, either stick to Starbucks or just don't get any... For donuts, you better go down the road a mile and get Kay-May. They're local and they are amazing.
