Waited in line 25 mins in the drive thru on my order when I finally reached the window to pay for my food the cashier was completely disconnected. No hello or how you doing ? I didn't even see my total until I received my receipt . Luckily she didn't charge me for someone elses food . I normally don't write reviews being that I work in customer service /food service but this was just one of the worst experiences I've ever had with McDonald's ! Gotta do better

Does not have a play area for kids. Food served hot, not a long wait, always busy. Never seen this place without a line at the drive thru.

Order wrong, customer service is discombobulated to say the least. But the worst thing was that they keep my debit card and by me having my 5 year old son in the backseat #talkative I didn't realize it till half way home, so I turned around and arrived back only to find out that no one knew where it was! REALLY?!! So 10 minutes later poof my card appears after complete chaos the debit card was in the managers office and the manager was outside on smoke break. REALLY!!? Never will I be ordering from that location.

Very disorganized, unprofessional, the place isn't clean, and the service is very slow, lots of people waiting at drive through and inside. Total disappointment

Waited about 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged the waiting customers. However the manager on duty was the cashier clearly they needed more help even though it wasn't very busy,but customer service was excellent.

It could be better. But, the staff is friendly. Very busy location. Not enough employees to accommodate the flow of traffic.
