It's a good place to eat service is very good. But the drive threw line is long as ever but other than that it's a good place to have a bite

If I could give zero stars I would. VERY slow drive thru. Literally saw the gas gauge physically drop while I was waiting. The fries were WAY over cooked (or they'd been sitting around for too long), and my order was wrong. And I ordered a "#2 plain". Now tell me, how hard is it to slap a piece of cheese onto a piece of meat and stick it between two pieces of bread? The idiots at this McDonald's couldn't even manage to get that right because while I ordered (2) PLAIN cheeseburgers, what I got what anything but. Thank God I don't see myself visiting that area again anytime soon.

It was horrible.The employees are rude.The hiring managers need to just start over with a new crew. People work to hard to have to settle for old or cold food. If I say I want it fresh thats what I mean, I shouldnt have to take anybody attitude.They need to start checking the time on when the food gets old and stop keeping it under the lights just because they dont want to make fresh foods. I can tell the difference between midfield MacDonald's vs hueytown, The employees are much friendlier the service is always up to part. And midfield is always slow ill understand if they made the food fresh to order but no because its always cold and old. You guys need to do better.

Terrible. The staff is rude and ignorant. Racist to you if your white. When u get to the drive through your ignored. Service is so slow it takes over 20 mins to get a sasauge biscuit...during breakfast. On top of all that its extremely unclean. Workers on their phonea wile wearing gloves. Place needs to be shut down.

Poor service. The lady that took my order was friendly, but the person at the second window was extremely poor mannered, ghetto, and unpleasant. They took forever too bring the food and just seemed to sit there talking amongst one another as opposed to doing anything productive. There seems to be little work ethic aside from the lady taking orders.

The night crew is so racist the drive through worker had an attitude.we had to wait 1 Hour to get our food only after i had to call the store and waited another 20 min to see the manager walking out to leave went to her and asked for my money back she refused to give my money back and brought out cold food and the wrong drinks wil never go here again

I went in two time in row for my sausages biscuit taste like flour and services and employees look like thug holiday
