It's McDonald's what can i say it's nasty fast food. Nothing nutritious here. Service is ok.
Was in the drive-thru again today and I never learn. Food is horrible. Burgers looked squished and what is deal with half order of fries. Guess they have to pay for new building someway. However this is the last time I give them any of my money.. Can dress it in new clithes but it's still the same pig in a dress.

Ordered a deluxe quarter with cheese and somehow it had a chicken patty on it instead of beef. Ate it anyways. Wasn't half bad.

Very nice and new, has an electronic touchscreen ordering kiosk. The drive-thru seems fairly fast and efficient.

Newly renovated stop very clean. Skip the kiosk as they are having issues utilizing it. My food was late getting to me, but "the blonde haired lady" made it right. Thank you.

Why do they continue to allow the workers to park in the parking places closest to the door?

REVISED:

Even after the remodel, they still allow the employees to park in the front door. One of the spaces was removed so there are only 2 spaces now. The remodel was needed and the employees do seem better now.

I get aggreviated when you want to get caught up on your orders, so you leave me waiting for five minutes in drive thru before you speak to take my order, while in the meantime cars is lined up behind me wondering why I haven't moved forward. Frustrating 😠

The store was clean. The bathroom was clean and stocked. They was very busy when we stopped . They had a team there . They still gave good customer service and we didn't wait long for our order

You have the worst service ever and you have left out my son cheeseburger from his happy meal. I have called your store for the last w0 mins with know one to answer the phone. And you have so.e girl working in your drive thur that does not have McDonald uniform on so I know that this is not to be happening.

We went there late after a ball game. The store was very busy, but our food came quickly and the service was very friendly. Great experience.

Service was fast and correct. The food was cooked properly (burgers and nuggets juicy).

Worst place in childersburg to eat period. Staff absolutely sucks. Not friendly. I wanna snatch her fro. Back behind the counter. Im sick of spending money on a "mcgetwhatthehelliwannagiveya". If you complain they just find a way to try and get out of it. Mcdonald's sucks!

The manager on (today's) the day shift today should be ashamed of herself. You should NEVER chastise or embarrass an employee in front of customers- no matter how much they mess up.

Waited in drive- thru for 5 mins when the food was sitting on the counter and when i finally got my food it was cold. I told the cashier about it she snatched the bag back and said pull in number 1 and we will make it all fresh. I onl ordered two mcchickens and a fry now im still sitting here 5 mins and food is still not ready. If it's called a fast food your food should be made correctly in a timely manner. Food was just brought to car 7 mins later. I will not return McDonald's in Childerburg is a disgrace to fast food.
