The only reason I didn't give this McDonalds ZERO stars is because it wouldn't let me..I don't do reviews so this is my first time writing a review on ANYTHING, that lets you know how extremely dissatisfied I must be to waste this time in writing this..EVERY SINGLE TIME I go through this drivethru something is wrong with my order! Either it's COLD, or the drivethru person argues with me about the price of a special, or I have to wait in line for 30 minutes and be asked to pull up only for my food to STILL BE COLD, or I just get a completely different order than what I paid for, or all of the above. If the owner is still Phil Byrd he needs to fire every single employee and start completely over, because it doesn't matter what time of the day or night I go through this drivethru the same thing ALWAYS seems to happen. I worked at this MCdonalds about 20 years ago and we ALWAYS had to stay two steps ahead! We knew the consequences if we didn't! Phil didn't mind coming in the store and doing what he needed to do to keep good business! I wish I had his personal number because I would LOVE to inform him about his crew! I can't even believe I'm seeing good reviews on here from as little as three weeks ago! I've had a problem every single time I've went through for the past 6 or 7 months! I'm usually not one to complain ESPECIALLY when I know how frustrating working there can be because I worked there for TWO YEARS! But enough is enough! Someone PLEASE come help this McDonalds and get them back on track because I LOVE McDonalds food when it's done right! But this McDonalds SUCKS!

Don't waste your time going to this place. Every single time I do threw the drive-thru they mess my order up, and then when I ask them to make it right they look at me like I'm the dumbass. Jesus and don't even think about going inside it's worse and 10/1 they will ignore you. Workers there act like they can't do anything or you're inconveniencing them!
The last time they messed up my order they told me i had paid for the car behind me, and When I told them that I wasn't paying for anyone's order but my own they fixed it but owed me a dollar back, and I didn't even get the dollar back. 🤦‍♂️ smh. We have limited places to eat here and I really wish they wouldn't have wasted the money fixing this place and just built something else besides damn BBQ and this sorry place. If you want to eat somewhere in Winfield. Try Huatulco Mexican Restaurant, Subway, or the Mandarin House, Mookies, or cook yourself lol as you can see from my reviews I only speak the truth. Don't mess with this place.

Under remodeling right now. Drive thru only through 9/10/17. Then will be closed for about 3 weeks for interior rebuild.

Phil. Bird does not care about his employees so this is why there are so many unhappy customers. You want hot perfect food ask them when corporate is coming and you will get the perfect burger . your pie will have an expiration date sticker on it. The employees are often overlooked. Esp.the ones that are over 18 and can close. Nevermind the rest of their lives. Make them close another nite we're shorthanded. The man is cheap.Winfield is to be remodeled soon so some things are not being changed out that should for health reasons .

10:30 p.m. and went to the drive-thru, was asked to come inside. We asked the lady standing outside with a car in the drive-thru smoking why we had to come in. Was told they only have two people.in the store at the moment. If I could leave a 0 I would.
