Really good service......one problem, if you order lunch during breakfast, it just takes a few extra minutes, but other wise, great prices, and great people.

Slow enough with out getting behind slow people who wanna just sit there contemplating what 15 things they would like to have... as if this food is any good. We only buy the ice cream or the lattes

I only got a mcflurrie but I could feel myself chewing the ice cream and soft served ice cream shouldn't feel gritty

The remodel looks good but the service and the food is the same I don't think I've ever been in this McDonald's and they got my order correct one of the top three worst McDonald's on the planet

The service couldn't be better. And the new restaurant is so awesome. I have came back several times since they reopened. Because my experience has been awesome. Thanks for the great food an y'all awesome service.

The recent renovations look really good. McDonald's isn't my first choice for dining, but the breakfast is good.

Possibly the worst designed building I have ever seen. Literally there is a support beam 1 ft in front of the register, also a drive through window in the dining room with the guest.

Store looks great and service was great.the management and staff were great.we have been here for over an hour, when we came i n to place order, the manager remembered that my order is special. He took care of it. And the brought our order to us.

Very slow service ordered a cheeseburger and it wasn't in the bag so had to go in and get it. Also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it was a crispy sandwich and the meat was hard in it. Frys was cold and stale.

Maybe I'm biased because I work here but currently we're under new ownership with the same people who own both Jasper locations, fultondale, and Hanceville. All of the things such as air conditioning, ice cream machine, and whatnot are either getting replaced or have already been replaced and we've just had some minor technical difficulties. But I assure each of you that we are working on having quicker service and friendlier staff as well as better quality food. We are set for a remodel in June. Hopefully they don't push it back any further that it already is. I appreciate all of the comments. I am the people department manager at the Dora location and I will work to fix any errors that I can until you all are satisfied with your visits.

The food was fresh but that was the only positive thing about this location. Rude staff, messy bathroom, and either broken or malfunctioning air conditioning unit.

I give it two stars because the food was fresh and hot. The air must have been broken, because all of the doors were open. There were flies, gnats and ants every where. Will not be going back anytime soon!!

The ice cream machine has been down for three months. Considering it's one of the biggest fast food franchises there's no excuse. Very poorly managed place.
