Great location for a fast food restaurant, the staff is generally friendly and helpful. They start you out at 9.00 an hour.

ALWAYS FORGET SOMETHING. NEVER FAILS. Got a mocha this a.m.,
Forgot the whipped cream and I called I was told sorry and hung up on. Who trains these kids?

Drive thru was kinda slow. Order was correct. And the order taker was nice and polite. Good experience

Lunchtime - women's restroom was not clean. Placed order inside with a very nice girl who I think was newer and that was not an issue. Card reader wouldn't work and a female who may have been a manager or team leader treated me like I didn't know how to use it and when she came to my side of the counter then decided it needed to be restarted. She never apologized. When I finally paid I did not receive one item as ordered so I had to wait for a replacement then discovered that I was over charged.
Same rude female took my receipt and again no apology. She passed it off to someone else for the refund.

I don't mind mistakes if corrected with a smile and apology. I was polite is it too much to ask for the same in return?

Glad I was just passing through on a long road trip.

Excellent food and excellent service for a quick bite to eat. The wait time was the only thing that threw me for a loop I waiting around 10 minutes. Granted I did have a big order but for what I got I should not have had to wait as long as I did.

For the third time Priceville McDonalds won't follow a simple order!! I've ordered 2 cheeseburgers without pickles or onions. Not that hard. The receipt and the sticker on the burger says that. Both the cashier and the window girl clarified no pickle and onions.
BOTH BURGERS HAD oNiONS AND PICKLES!!
What if I was deathly allergic? What if I had a child who was allergic and I handed them death in a burger?
If it was the first time it could be overlooked, but I've done this three times recently. Someone in there completely ignored the directions and threw a regular cheeseburger in there.

This is on top of charging me for a meal when twice I told her just two burgers. 😾
I'm never coming back Priceville. ✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼

Food was great! They didn't have first choice of drink nor the second choice and lady was being sorta smart butt.

I have just experienced the rudest lady ever at this McDonalds. I did not catch her name but she is a blonde manager and a red shirt. When you tell someone thank you there's supposed to say you're welcome so she just pressed her lips together and slam the window shut. All because she got my coffee wrong it was supposed to be a large instead of a small. Also I was in the process of telling her to have a good day when she slammed the window.

As a professional in the restaurant industry, I have seen bad service and then there is this place.
We waited in the drivethru 15 minutes for one (1) breakfast sandwich and when we complained, we were told "It's your fault, You should have stayed in your car"....
WHAT IN THE COMPLETE AND TOTAL F***????!!!!!
We were sitting in the drive thru, in the rain, waiting on a sandwich...where the H*** are we going to go?????????? They acted as if it was our fault they never brought out our order!!
No apology from the manager, just attitude and lack of attention to the situation, no offer to make it better AND to top it off, no sandwich was ever presented to us & we had to ask for our money back!
WORST EXPERIENCE AT ANY MCDONALD'S EVER!!!!!!!

Food was fresh and hot. However the employee looked like they were so stressed that it might break their face to smile. Come on at least pretend your happy to be there. Management was barking orders at others. She came off kinda snappy. I feel bad for the workers here.

Hey, it's McDonald's. You know what you are getting, right? Well, I've been in some (especially ones in small towns) that are slow, messy, and just don't seem to care. This place was not that. Friendly, fast, and they seemed to care. They had a trainee taking my order (normally, this sucks, right?); well, they had an assistant manager standing right next to her the whole time helping. No worries. Saw an employee stop another employee from handing a lady her coffee .. because the lid was messed up. He intercepted, fixed it with a new lid, and then delivered it. You only get four stars because it is still a McDonald's; they just did it right.
