I've not been here in a long time because I know service is terrible. Was craving a Quarter Pounder with cheese. Went through drive thru, pulled up to first window and no one was there. Pulled up and waited. Then someone starts hollering for me to back up. I did and paid. Never said sorry. 15 minutes in drive thru line. Surely food is going to be hot! Nope! Cold sandwich. Didn't get fries because I knew they would not be good. Can't someone at McDonald's corporate get this management company to do their job?

Long drive through lines, unhealthy food, sometimes clean other times filthy interior... It's McDonald's. One star for good customer service, another for decent prices.

This used to be one of my favorite places to get a quick meal. But last couple of experiences were terrible. My double cheeseburger was hard and dry with only one piece of cheese, my fries were cold. I'm never eating McDonalds again. The food at the location in Selma Alabama on Highland avenue is just terrible.

Just depends on what day/time you go there for your order to be correct...ask for unsalted french fries & got salted french fries & the food was cold, so just check your order before leaving, if not right let them know.....but other than that it's a wonderful place the management just needs to always monitor the food situation (time that it's allowed to be out & served)

I went 3 months of not dealing with this McDonald's due to the long wait times in the drive thru and your food is still cold. Passed other restaurants today...hoping they had improved. Negative!!! Biscuit was hard as a brick. Won't be going back unless I'm out of town because I seem to get a better experience with hot, fresh and better food in other cities.

Employees appear to have no sense of speed, some are not very friendly, slow service, public drink area needs attention. I would rate service a 2, but the managers are friendly enough in correcting orders and most of the drive through people are nice.

Can't give a real review! We pulled into parking lot drive late tonight and saw employees sitting in booths. Since it was late we went through drive thru but no one would answer the speaker, much less take our order.
Food - who knows if it was good or bad. We couldn't get them to take our order
Service - there was none.
Moral of our story? Don't stop for a drink if its close to closing time.

DON'T USE YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!!!
I would like to inform you that my order was 23$ and they charged me 100$ and when i went to talk to them and fix the problem and see what was going on and the so called "owner" told me that they can not print out the records of the credit cards used earlier that day when one of the staff had already showed me it and when I told her that the staff showed me the records she was still in denial and said that she couldn't do it then the owner
try to convince me that there was no one above her that I can contact to help me solve the problem she claimed to own that McDonald's and emerald Management Corp!!! Then when I called her out on her lie she tried to convince me that it was my fault or my bank's fault and had nothing to do with their store. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this situation so if there is anyone else out there who reads this and had a similar problem I'm sure we would all appreciate you contacting them as well so we can make sure that this McDonald's is no longer allowed to steal from the public.

The only thing I ordered was a chicken sandwich no mayo and a soda why my sandwich is full of mayo and no straw for my soda already don't go there for sure will not go again now. Called no one answered the phone and they is sitting in the office. Seen them in there before I left. Want return was on my lunch break from work so could not go back Selma already don't have places to eat so I guess another one off my list

Horrible..everybody moving in slow motion after Thanksgiving. I was pulled for a frappe. Restaurant not clean. OMG! 1 star

The workers are rude and are not kind to the customers. I will not be going to this McDonald's again. Please train them how to speak kindly to their customers.
