**BEWARE: THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED! + cold food!** The lady who was the manager on duty has been extremely rude to me in the past and was even more vile with me today. In the past, i had a BOGO survey coupon. The receipt clearly states that you may get one item free from their everyday menu with ANY purchase. She refused to recognize the coupon and i used it without error on any menu item of my choosing at another mcdonalds location. I am pregnant (36 wks, around 30 wks at the time) so i dismissed the rudeness from that encounter not wanting to upset myself further. After today though, i feel an obligation to report what a rude mean unwelcoming attitude this woman used against my husband and i. I ordered a 20 pc mcnugget and recieved 2 sauces. Which makes no sense bc i get 2 with a 10 pc. Double the nuggets should atleast equal double the sauce right?! Wrong. I explained my predicament and she pushed her way past the employee i was calmly speaking with. That nice girl had two sauces in hand, ready to give them.to.me and fix the problem. This rude woman (manager) exclaims my sauces are in my bag and if i want more it will be 50 cents a pack. I try to tell.her i only got 2 which is what i get with a 10 pc and how that made no sense. She continued to ignore my reasoning and treated me as a common theif for wanting my dipping sauce. I never got any from the girl who was about to give me what they owed me either bc the manager woman ushered her off. I ended up walking away as this so called manager was spewing vile at me over nothing but a pack of dipping sauce! I am 36 weeks pregnant and can't handle that much stress, my baby can't either. My husband seen and heard every word- he couldn't believe how uncalled for and unprovoked the rudeness was. On top of all of this, my nuggets and fries were cold and did not taste fresh! Very dissapointed!! Outraged by the worst customer service i have ever experienced!!

Typical newer McDonald's. Great location, easy in and out. Friendly attendants.

Very disappointed. Signs all over the restaurant saying 5 steps to a free sandwich. I did all 5 steps and asked for my free sandwich and i was charged over $3. Maybe I am wrong but free is free not free is pay. Please stop your false advertising.

Ordered ice caramel macchiato, they got it wrong the first time so asked the girl to remake. Made it again, they only put milk and caramel syrup in the cup and tried to mix it up really well thinking I wouldn't notice! Is that how you treat all customers, try to trick them into thinking they got what they paid for? Horrible service, horrible morning associates. No stars!!!

The People at this McDonald's was very nice and friendly.the food well it's McDonald's so it's the same every where not bad. I would recommend it.

Pretty fast service, this locations has never really gotten my order messed up, I eat here pretty often, it was once or twice when I got some fries and they were warm but mostly cold, and me personally, fries aren't good when they're cold, (a lot better when they're fresh.)

I have tried to give this McDonald's chances because of the convenience. No more. They give me soggy, cold, half-filled fries and cold, stale, slopped-together burgers. I shouldn't have to heat my food up in the microwave after driving literally 2 minutes down the road to get to this McDonald's. I could go to the Shell station next door and get better quality food from the hotcase. The employees are so rude and disrespectful. I had a girl snatch my money out of my hand and then drop all of my change on the ground and slam the window. I don't even see why they still advertise ice cream there. The machine is always out of order. This place is terrible. Don't waste your money or your time.

One of the better McDonald's, the service is usually fast but they have had some off days. I haven't ever gotten a wrong order here or cold food, so that's why they get 4 stars

It's okay. Service isn't a fast as most locations I have been to. The food is pretty good and I like they have an indoor playground.

Very nice place, friendly people, food hot and fresh ever time we visit always fast when we go breakfast lunch or dinner love you guys keep up good job

No stars!!!! This is the worst run McDonalds around. The employees have horrible attitudes. They don't get orders right, they half fill fry containers, they don't say thank you, your welcome, or thanks for coming! Employees hold up drive thru when people they kbow come through....nothing like waiting for your order ,that you know will be wrong, behind a car that the employee is only having a conversation with...then the employee gives you an attitude when he so graciously finally get u up to the window to get your messed up order....just today i ordered 2 .. Nugget meals(Large) and a 4 pc nugget happy meal..... They got it wrong again!!!! Gave me a 5 pc over one 10 pc..... Half filled fries again.... 1 sauce for each meal...hell my daughters 4pc nuggets got 1 sauce!!! Way go go McDonalds you hired kids that have long hair ,no hair nets , can't count to handle your food and run this inparticular store!!!

Fast and friendly, my food was almost hot. Order was accurate.
