Ordered double cheeseburgers with no pickles due to someone being EXTREMELY allergic to them. Got all the way home to find the pickles had just been picked off where you could clearly see. The ones working the drive thru were very rude. They were not busy at all. There was 1 car in front of me and 1 pulled up behind me a few minutes later. Even after calling the store manager did not help and she was not the nicest at all either. I have worked in the food industry and actually worked at McDonalds. I would NOT recommend this one to anyone. I will drive further to the other one for now on.

Horrible service and with veterans day coming it would have been nice if they offered a discount, but can't blame the workers it's the owners policy not to give discounts to not only gets but police and first responders. To all the other McDonald's thank you for recognizing those who gave us the freedoms and protection we have today....judt don't eat here.

Service was so slow maybe cause employees could not stay off there cell phones and food all was over cooked fries hard and crunchy and chicken nuggets crunchy also should of went across road to burger King

Love this place and it's only McDonald's but these days MD can be gross but not here everything is always hot and employees are very friendly!

The definition of "fast food" this location is quick! I just wished they stayed open later.

Always loved McDonalds until today. Got a plain double cheese burger got home ate half of it then realized it was pink! Its not that complicating to cook a meat patty until a timer goes off. Tried calling so they were aware of raw meat going out but can't get an answer.

Ok so these employees have no customer service the lady at the window handing out the food couldn't even speak English they charged me for food I didn't order left out food I did order then when I went back they didnt say sorry or nothing its sad really people pay money for food and get shorted and treated like we did something wrong and mcdonalds wonder why their business is suffering

My my food wrong, when I brought food back to get it right one. Manager was rude , she re made food after b*ing at her crew for 5 minutes. When I got back in my car food was not made right again. When I brought it back right the way this time, she was very rude and screaming we have to remake it again. Will never go back to that McDonald's rude morning manager! Feel bad for who have to work with her.

A little bit of a wait, not bad. Busy, maybe slightly understaffed. Possibly could be slightly cleaner. Slightly off smell. Good food.

For McDonalds, this is one of their better stores. Fast, friendly, and decent food!

At 8 pm they would only let you go through the drive through and not go inside b/c they didn't have enough people. Not sure if they meant workers or customers. However, there were other people in there eating... Those customers shrugged their shoulders, confused as well.

I'm not a critical person and when somebody messes up my order I won't be like SOME PEOPLE!
BUT, when somebody screwed up my order at this McDonald's and I went up there and politely pointed it out, I was treated like the royalty that SOME PEOPLE think they ought to be.
A diminutive little person quickly came to my distress, obviously to give me the impression that I'm much taller than I like to think I am, and without any hesitation asked me what the hell my problem was... Well, that's how it sounded anyway. More or less after listening to me rant about everything from Aleppo to bestiality laws in the southwest I explained my problem. They had forgotten my lettuce and tomatoes on my custom ordered quarter pounder.
She quickly went to the back, began beating several employees, and then fired everybody. Fired all of em!
I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service she provided. When she returned with my burger which I opened with a furtive glance of mistrust, just to let her know I ain't falling for any duplicity anymore, I discovered a beautiful burger built by the hands of Gods.
I told her, from the bottom of my soul... "glad somebody got it right".
I'm definitely gonna eat here again.
