My wife loves her
cheeseburger happy meal & her ranch cup. No complaints from her, no complaints from me.

Messed up order. Burned meat patty om burger. Had to wait . by this time frys were cold was told that was my problem

I’m not sure but this may be the worst McDonalds in America. During rush time when they should be prepared with things like hash browns they make you wait 10 minutes because the don’t have any prepared. At least half the time probly more you end up waiting an extra 5-10 minutes for anything you might want to order. This is a regular thing. Ordered a couple of mcgriddles two hash browns and some hot cakes didn’t get my hash browns. Ordered a bacon mcdouble without onions got a mchicken sandwich with bacon. Those sandwiches don’t even come in the same wrapper. If it wasn’t situated where it is it wouldn’t be in business. You’re rolling the dice going here.

Ms Theresa is always pleasant and provides great customer service. Overall this location has fast accurate service. Convenient location.

They all have attitudes every time I go in there. They don't seem happy with their jobs and they are so slow- how hard is it to make my breakfast?!

The Drive-thru is ridiculously slow. No matter what I order I always wind up sitting at the window for 5 minutes and then told to park in the reserved spots to wait longer. I ordered a #1 thinking surely this would be the one item that would be the fastest to produce and waited for 15 minutes.

They are rude. And practice unsanitary habits when dealing with food. Everyone looks as if they are on drugs and that probably explains why they serve outdated food and mess up almost any special order. They also give attitude about correcting the problem and management was a blonde haired lady who looked as if drunk and hungover from the night before was unhelpful and uncaring. We choose to eat at the enterprise alabama location . They are the definition of how mcdonalds should be run .

Ate here once and got very sick. I ordered a chicken club sandwich with fries. After eating the sandwich..I noticed that there was a finger nail in my mouth. Never again. The managers and staff here need to be fired.Bring in new cleaner people. If you are looking for a great place to eat....go to Jacks across the road for them. It's much cleaner... no long wait times... and the people that work there are friendlier.

i was just at McDonalds in Daleville Al, I went to the rest room to wash my hands before ordering and as I was washing my hands an employee of the restaurant came in and used the urinal, as I was dying my hands this guy got done with his business and just walked out of the bathroom without washing his hands, I followed behind him and watched him go straight to the kitchen area and started cooking burgers!!! He NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS!!! Of course I left and will never return to this McDonalds.
