We stop here periodically. Like most nights they are not busy yet they are sooooo slow. It doesn't seem to matter when you come to this location, they are always slow. The manager was apologetic, they were slow because they were working with a night staff of 2 people in the store.

I also come by on some Monday mornings for coffee with a few friends. While slow the people are nice.

Its a larger newer McDonald's. It does get crowded and while employees are nice, it takes a long time to get your food. The food is good. Seems like the latte machine is often broken

Great service. Once in a while an order is wrong, but that always happens at fast food places, and they're always really nice here and fix it. No issues. Very clean and modern, definitely recommend if you prefer to dine in.

It's a McDonald's. You know what to expect. This one seemed to be run somewhat better than others and the order taker actually seemed to enjoy serving. (Although the order was messed up a bit). Still it's hard to get upset at such a happy acting guy.

How difficult is it to make a plain cheeseburger and an iced mocha coffee???
Apparently on a scale of 1 to 10??? 1 being easy etc... It was a 10!!! Just could not get it right. I try not to go to this McDonald's. But I had my grandson, and he wanted a plain cheeseburger! Not going to happen again!

Took 30 minutes to get 2 biscuits and a mcgriddle in the drive through....had us pull up to the 3rd window and then they forgot about us.

Worst McDonald's ever to be built. I just moved to Ozark and literally every time I go there I get pulled, NEVER FAILS, then you have to wait 15 for 4 mcdoubles ONLY ketchup, how simple right? Yet this Mcdonalds is slower than checkers, and that's sad! Yes the workers are friendly but to slow! Why not fire all the workers in the kitchen and get ones that will provide fast hot food. To many front counter and drive thru people maybe they need to throw some of them in the kitchen or maybe a manager needs to take some responsibility and realize this McDonalds gets nothing but bad reviews and mainly about being pulled and waiting forever. The managers need to step up and help move the process in the kitchen. If there was another McDonalds near I would go there, instead I have to go to this dreadful on . Don't even see how the managers have they're positions because they don't know how to run their crew. If you notice, the random good reviews are from the employees not even real customers. Where is corporate when you need them? Employees and managers play to much no wander food takes to long.

August 2nd, evening hours. An employee placed a pill in a burger. Investigation on going. To my knowledge pill is still not identified.

In one word "terrible". Just moved to Ozark 7 months ago. This is the only McDonald's within 20 miles. God thing too because they'd be out of business in a month. Slow. Can't get a complete order right- ever. My last visit, and I mean the final straw last visit, I waited 10 minutes to get my change. Had to go in to get my money. Found out why when I got inside. The grown man manager was playing grab ass with a bunch of young teenage girls. Yep. Last visit.

Employees talking nonsense in lobby. Had to go in because no one responded to drive-thru and it wasn't broke. 2 out of 6 actually working. Food was good after I actually got it.

Best McDonald's service I have ever had. Very clean and nice inside, also food was out quick and good quality!

Orders are never right fries are soggy and cold. Drinks have 5 cubes of ice when you ask for a full cup of ice, employees are rude

Went through drive through at about 12 or 1 this morning ordered AND paid for a Large chocolate chip frappe only to be given a medium. I understand mistakes happen but when I said something, the manager type guy gave me the worst type of attitude then poured what was in the medium cup in the large cup and gave it to me and the girl at the window told us we got on her nerves. So if you want attitude, horrible service, and the wrong order, Ozark mcds is your place to go.

Cook's don't know how to get the order right and tea is to sweet. Great order takers though
