My food was poorly made and the servers we had were rude to my family. It doesn't matter if yawl didn't get along way back in grade school you should keep work strictly business.

Ordered a medium fry,when he filled order he shook fries back out of box into hopper,I felt like Charlie Brown getting a scrawny Christmas tree.

We go to Birmingham once a month for doctors visit and we have stopped at this McDonald's 2 or 3 times because we need quick and easy! Well I have nothing good at all to say about it! When we stopped this morning service was horrible, we waited about 20 mins for the food and when we got the food we was missingg a hot cakes and the lady acted like we didn't pay for the 3rd hot cakes even though our receipt had it on there and after we got our food I still waited 5 more minutes for them to make my cappuccino and it wasn't good!! If I could rate a 0 I would because it's like this every time we have stopped but we will NOT be back!! Also while we was in there they messed up a few others order, one lady even told them the employees needed to communicate with each other and she left and came right back in because her order was messed up!

I normally stop at Hardee's because McDonald's doesn't open till 5am on the weekdays and Hardee's opens at 4:30. Today I had to be at work early so I stopped to get a chicken biscuit. I arrived there at 4:58am. Then sat at the speaker until 5:10am before I decided to call and see if their hours had changed. The manager answered, so I asked. She said "oh, we're getting ready to open now. Are you at the speaker?" I said yes... "She's going to get her headset now". It was 5:15 before receiving my order. I mean if you're suppose to open at 5am, then be ready to open at 5am. Even after I left the only lights that were on was the dining room and kitchen lights. I would have did the survey but they didn't give me a receipt, not surprising... Unless someone knew it or looked up the hours as I did, they would never know McDonald's was open. Now I know why Hardee's is packed every morning. Everyone thinks that they are the only fast food open by 5am.

Sometimes good but unreliable, especially their latte machine. Ordered a latte every day this week and twice they forgot the syrup. Other times the machine would break and be down for weeks at a time.

Service was horrible. The person taking orders didn't know what she was doing. Made me but my meal individual when I could have gotten it cheaper as a meal. I am glad I asked manager who came our gave me back money and took my order properly

Food was good, but drive thru was very slow. Staff was polite.

The floor needed sweeping, tables were dirty. I was not given a receipt and there was a sheet of parchment paper for the placemat on the tray.. The food was good

Tastes as if they don't change the fryer oil often enough, and the detritus on the bottom of the fryer taints all the fried food. Somewhat better during the twice (?) annual franchise inspections but quickly goes back to being ignored. Order anything but fried food here.

It is what it is, low quality food at a reasonably affordable price and convenience often wins.

they couldnt brake a hundred we had a 27.00 order bad policy 20 people were. there.they didnt have enough money to break a hundred
