Awful service. Could not get a fish sandwich correct. I asked for a fish sandwich with just ketchup and pickles had to wait for 10 minutes and got a fish sandwich with tartar sauce then had to wait another 5 minutes and got a fish sandwich with ketchup pickles and cheese finally just got my money seems like they should have paid me for gas

These people that work there are the most disrespectful people ive ever come across and i work in Tarrant so when we went the big mac was burnt and had the flavor of burnt grease!! We had to walk out after we got the food as we were sitting outside one of the younger employees was yelling and being trashy on the phone..It was horrible !!! We just left everything..never been

Tarrant, AL McDonald's - The drive thru is quick and easy, worker's are pleasant and they always remember me and know I'm a regular customer.

Food is cold you have to wait. Longer than usually. No Mac sauce. On a big Mac will not go back

Great service! Food was hot and fresh! Management knows how to run a fast food restaurant, while having a good time.

The employee came to the pickup window to inform me we were waiting on fries, which was perfect for me, because that meant fresh, hot fries. NOT, 1 out of the 5 fries was hot & fresh. The others were cold and stale

the service is always great here. never had an issue getting both large and small orders correct. the only issue is the soft serve machine to make milkshakes is always broken.

Attitudes can be lackluster, and some employees take their day out on you. Food freshness..? 7/10.
I normally write this McDonald's and tell them how slamming their breakfast is, but one day it was horrible. So I wrote McDonald's and told them of that day. I believe they fixed the problem. My food today was Amazing!

Ordered a #1 Grand size with 2 large mocha frappe and after a 2:37 min wait got the food then another 8 mins for frappe that never came. Burger was wrong size and practically cold and there was hardly anyone in the restraint and counter had no waiting customers. How could it take so long to tell me the machine was broke when almost nobody came to the counter while I was waiting for them?
