Can't manage to get the right food order in the bag...ever, phone doesn't work so you can't even call and complain...terrible.

Thanksgiving Eve and they were short handed, which we can't blame the crew for. But they were in good spirits and friendly!!!

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!! This is one of the worst McDonalds around. The staff is slooooow, rude and when you point out a mistake they've made, they dish out an extra helping of eye-rolls with sighs, and then drag their feet fixing it.

Case in point, a kids cheeseburger with out a bun should not have to be sent back 3 times to get it right, and shouldn't take 30 minutes to fix, but they managed this accomplishment.
Attempt 1: Showed up with a bun, asked for them to make one without
Attempt 2: They smashed a cheese burger, cheese side down into a box splattering condiments all over the inside. It actually looked like road kill.
Attempt 3: Pointing out attempt #2 and asking if they thought this was an acceptable presentation got me a "Soh whaz wron wid it?". Asking them if they would consider eating this mess if they had paid for it got me a snort and finally a corrected item.

Meanwhile, 30 minutes had passed, the rest of the group finished their meals while a 3 year old girl was hungry.

There is a much better McDonalds 5 minutes away going north up 31, on the left hand side.

Went to the Mc Donald's in alabaster Alabama however this complaint is for all Mc Donald's ! Ordered a fish sandwich , when I started to eat it there was a clump of fish bones p, one was over an inch long ! I was totally surprised, I thought they were not suppose to have bones ! Dangerous for a child , because it had a long pointed end !

Not as bad as the other reviews would lead one to believe. As with every fast food chain in a busy location, there will be some negative experiences but over all this location has been decent. They do a good job keeping the place clean with the traffic. The food is consistent. I have not had bad encounters with the staff. I eat here fairly often due to convenience.

LAZY staff during the afterhours. Said the system was "down" when it clearly wasn't. They just didn't want to do any work. Do not waste your time here.

It was 800 AM and I just wanted some scrambled eggs and a biscuit, but I had to watch a Black female manager sexually assault a Hispanic female subordinate. When I confronted her about the incident she stated that the other managers did a lot worse. I left disgusted and pissed given what Black women suffered under two and a half centuries of slavery.

This is the worst service experience I have had in my life. Are we in America? The workers made me feel like I was an outsider, speaking Spanish, being VERY rude, absolutely no concern whatsoever for customer service. Then to top it all off I get back home and my bank calls and tells me someone has been using my bank card fraudulently in that area. The cashier had her cell phone out the entire time- probably took pictures of my credit card as when I asked for a receipt she went clear to the other side of the work area.This McDonalds is the only place I used my credit card and I live in the NW. They looked like criminals and they or someone there certainly is a CRIMINAL. No other place had this card number. RUN away as quickly as you can from this place.

This location alway messes up my order I'm talking drink and all and there are some very rude people at this location. And don't you dare ask for extra sauce or anything because they will complain like nobodies business😒

Piss poor service! One was socializing while hanging out the drive thru window. The other two was showing pictures on their phones. And the SAD THING ABOUT IT WAS, NO CUSTOMERS WAITING TO ORDER! And it was only 9:20pm! Noone was aware that I had been standing there waiting to place a rather large order for a good ten minutes! Needless to say, I made sure they knew I was there and went across the road and they was glad to help me.

NOT BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!

Good fast cheap food. Always nice to be able to eat for a few bucks.
