I'm disappointed in the quality of the burgers and fries on my last visit. Meat didn't taste well and the fries were cold and seemed to have been cooked on old oil. This store has really nice staff and managed well. The lobby is always clean and neat. I'm sure my next visit will be better.

Fresh hot food, order was accurate, staff friendly and smiled. Staff new their menu and completed my order quickly.
Dining area was very clean. Tables were clean as we're the seats. Floor was mopped twice while I was there. TV was on but not too loud.
Windows were clean.

This is, invariably, the worst McDonald's experience. Dirty amenities. Almost every order had some mistake. Accessing the drive thru is convoluted. Needs a ground-up replacement, including management.

Number of visits: approx 152.
I'm giving five stars because frankly.. My expectations for any fast food are low lately.
Nice workers, order is always correct (knock on wood), clean... My only complaint, rather petty but I want my cookies fresh. There's a 50/50 shot that'll occur every time I return.
Overall, better than most McDonald's in the area

This Helena, AL location has been improving their service, in all aspects, for the past 12 +/- months. HOWEVER, their service was never bad, just lacking, when compared to other nearby McDonald's locations. It's nice to observe that they were aware of their need for improvements and the​ positive results of their improvement efforts. They are making Ronald happy again.

Consistently wrong orders, usually have to go inside because something is wrong, management blatantly lying to your face about something being broken when you clearly see that it's not (ice cream machine, when someone in the lobby has an ice cream cone). Sadly this is better than it used to be, but I don't see how an establishment can be run with as many complaints as this one gets.

The food is reasonable and fairly good. Employees are friendly and helpful. My granddaughter loves the playground.

Great frappes. I don't care for fast food usually but this McDonalds was exceptional.

Sorta just like any McDonalds. Chicken Nuggets are just that. My cashier was nice however the other employees appeared as disgruntled. Seems like the struggle area is the drive thru and maybe not everyone knows their own direction of job.. this may be what causes the problems. Overall the inside is clean- drink area needs to be regularly wiped down. the staff just needs some tlc.
