Slow service. But fresh food

The Robertsdale McD's is dirty all the time. There are rude teenagers loitering. If going thru the drive thru, and there are 2 cars in front of you, expect to wait 20 minutes. Half the time your order isn't correct. They are extremely understaffed. One time I went in a few weeks ago, the night manager is running the back drive thru and the front register at the same time, trying to push the food out. There were two other employees in the front who weren't doing much of anything. It is very sad to see a place with a popular name become so run down. The restrooms are never kept clean and stocked. After the incorrect order and waiting almost 20 minutes for my order inside, I've chosen to no longer attempt to eat here.

Did not get the order correct. Left fries out of my kids Happy meal and only one had a toy in it. The rest of my order was wrong also. This is the third time something like this has happened at this location. They need to hire a whole new crew.

How hard is it to get a hot Mc Donald's sandwich and hot fries at McDonald's after you waiting online for 20 minutes. But I see right now I just seen the rating of the store and they suck

My french fries have been under cooked the past two times . They always forget my sauce. And always give me a medium when i say large.

As always, consistency in food is an issue. Hash browns are soggy, muffin not toasted properly. Serve-off times are erratic. Ho hum seems to be order of the day. Also, do not like employees smoking by one of entrance doors.

We purchased 4 Breakfast Biscuits and two large sweet teas and everything was very good. The employees were all very nice.

I'm wondering how they make enough money to stay open 24 hours when they stop taking orders before 10... Took my money to Wendy's instead.

Well I was going to write an awesome review because the girl at the window searched high and low to find some honey packets for me. Then I got home and took a bite of my "quarter pounder with cheese" and it is most definitely NOT. The bun is old, there's lettuce instead of pickles, and only one piece of cheese. This is hardly edible but I'm hungry, so at this point I'm just thankful I have the honey.

Most staff members are friendly some should find employment away from general population usually a long wait and screwed up orders

Best McDonald's in Baldwin County hands down. Everybody there is friendly and Mark is the best manager I've ever met.

Expect atleast a 10-15 minute wait with the drive thru! Happens every time, no matter the time of day.
