This McDonalds let me in late at night after the lobby was closed, to use the bathroom. They didn't have to do that and in this day and age it's hard to trust whether people have good intentions or not so it was nice of them to allow me to come inside considereing there's only 2 people on shift at night. Mcdonalds usually gets a bad rap, especially for customer service but this store exceeds expectations.

Food pre-prepared... under heat lamps.....food not really warm when you get it- stale and rubbery. Not going back

Got My Food Fast and Very Kind Women Working There. The Place Was Clean And I Enjoyed My Visit.

What you normally expect from McD's. Several flies flying around was a turn off. Good food and indoor play area.

Most (not all) but most of the works have a nasty attitude. If you don't want to be there then don't be. You chose that job, not anyone else!

Only 1 drive thru Lane open ALWAYS
Cashiers and some managers have very bad attitudes. Slow drive thru service to be a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT

Currently traveling through Alabama. There were many other choices but because we are traveling as a group this was the general consensus. The staff on tonight's shift took your order and filled it with the bare minimum customer service. The dining area was for the most part clean but there was a broom that was sitting on top of a railing with the bristles hanging over a table. The bathrooms smelled horrible but looked for the most part ok kept. The play place was closed when we arrived at 8:30 but I'm sure there is a reason for that, maybe they have to clean it early or what not. It actually looks like a really nice play place. It is as big as the dining area. The food was typical for a McDonald's restaurant. No major complaints except I wish the employees would of jut been a little nicer. I get that it's into the night and maybe some are ending their shifts but I felt bad trying to order because I felt as if I was disturbing them.

This place is horrible. Their staff are nasty and disrespectful than ever. They never have good customer service. I bought food to throw it away bc it was absolutely gross. They drop your food and will still serve it right to you. DO NOT EAT HERE !!!!
