Ordered 3 cookies and 2 drinks... got pulled up to wait. Then got my cookies 10 minutes later and they were all smudged together in a bag. Couldn't even peel them apart to give to my kid. I will say the woman who brought them to my car was very sweet.

This morning at 6:40am, I was treated very rude by the drive threw employee. The matter is being handled. I personally will not be returning to this location. I do not recommend going to this location. It was the worst fast food experience of my life and I am 26 years old.

This Mcdonalds sucks. It won't even let its employees off for holidays to spend time with their family. It plays favorites and lets certain people off early and over works others. The scheduling sucks. There's usually only one crew mate at night with maybe one person on grill. I mean, come on guys, I wanna go home to eat with my family on Thanksgiving too.

Service was really slow. When I finally got my coffee I ask the employee if she had put the cream and sugar in and she said yes. I checked and it was totally black. So I ask her to add cream and sugar. It took her a good 4 minutes and she added a very little cream and no sugar. Then I couldn't get her attention or any one else's attention. I finally left the coffee on the counter. Most every customer there was having problems with their orders.

Decent , had better , morning manger needs to improve attitude ,needs more staff for mornings as well employees show signs of fatigue an hearing the manger constantly having the front cash crew members running for them when they're suppose to be on registers.

The last time a couple of weeks ago, they didn't wait on my brother, evidently because the drive through was covered up busy. Three workers one a msnager just looked at him not saying anything. He came out upset and I went in and confronted them .
They appologized and then asked if I wanted to place an order. I said no, anfI didn't think I'd be back.

Sorry ass excuse for service!!! I ordered FRESH nuggets, got them, they wasn't fresh, she came to the window less than a minute and handed me CHICKEN NUGGETS THAT WERE OLD AND BURNT. I went inside to speak to a manager and the girl actually told the manager that they gave me the burnt ones, all know McDonald's is no 5 star restaurant, but at least have a little dignity about were you work!!! Poor poor poor poor poor service!!!!! The manager fixed the issue of course, But nothing was said to the girl for her nasty food service!!!! DISCUSSING SERVICE had to give at least one star, But definitely, deserve a Negative

Yesterday I went through the drive thru and ordered a mocha frappe. They told me their machine was "down". I attempted to order a new smoothie that was advertised on their menu and was again told the smoothie uses the same machine. I said "nevermind" and drove off. This is the second time this has happened at this McDonald's, the first time being a couple months ago they told me the machine was down then too. I'm only ever in Decatur once a month and to be told this machine is down BOTH times so far apart in visits seems really fishy. I think they just don't want to clean the machine or report to have it fixed. I think that is ridiculously lazy. They need to have their machine fixed and they definitely don't need to be adding new items to the menu to advertise when they don't make it.

If you go to this McDonald's, you made the wrong choice. Dead flies lined the windows and live flies lined the food that lined the floor. The fabric on the booths had dried sauce on them. , All of the crew members were screaming ghetto insults at each other, the team leader was shouting at the new girl who got overwhelmed while I was in line, and then the team leader had an attitude with me because she couldn't remember my order number, so just began shouting what I ordered until I walked back up to the counter, and the food was cold as I was eating it. I have been to some pretty bad McDonald's but this one takes the cake. If the health dept weren't closed on the 4th of July I would've already had them on the phone. Perhaps I'll call tommorow.

This place is horrible. Sat at one drive thru kiosk for almost 5 min with no one acknowledging me and three people placing their orders on the other. Finally have back up and go to the other kiosk only to sit in line for 15 mins. I finally just left without my food because I was going to be late for work. It wasn't busy at all. I give up on this McDonald's. Don't waste your money here.

Got my order wrong,left out 4 orders of fries,so I had to leave home,go back wait another 10 minutes on fresh fries that were NOT fresh. (Never again).....

Got a southwest salad, and a sweet tea. I wasn't given any salad dressing, a fork, straw and no napkins. I was on break for work and didn't have time to come inside, so I ate a dry salad with a leftover plastic fork in my vehicle.
