Ok here it goes I don't eat a lot of fast food but when I get a craving it McDonalds so my last four visits were about the same terrible. The service is the worst they won't even let you know if there wanting on something to cook and there always cutting up and joking instead of moving the food out the door. The staff most of them are the young ones that need more training and people skills .I think if you have a pulse and apply there you got the job .And management is the blame.

Drive-thru at lunch time? Expect to spend at least 10 minutes in line.

Drive Thru is the slowest EVER!!!! I know it was breakfast, but there are 2 waiting spots and it's breakfast!! Most of the staff is ok, but there's on guy who speaks outrageously fast and almost throws your food at you. Too bad it's the only one in S. PKWY

This McDonald's is close to my home and when I crave McDonald's this is where I come. My comment is sort of a question...Why is it so hard to assemble a BIG MAC. Today, I had a craving and laughed to myself when I got home and found my sandwich assembled: Bottom bun,lettuce Meat Meat, Cheese, sauce, middle bun lettuce sauce, top bun. Whatever happened to the meat being place under the top bun and atop the bottom bun. Cracked me up! I guess assembly is not a priority as long as it gets in the box :)

They are quick and get the orders right for the most part. I won't give them 5 stars because their customer service could use a little work. A smile goes a long way.

Slow. All trash cans full. Disrespectful manager yelling ay employees. New employees not properly trained.
