If there was a way to leave no stars I would!!! They NEVER get an order right then when I called and told them what they left out the girl said ok well thanks for telling us bye.

This store reeks of poor management. It also literally reeks. A bad odor hits you in the face as soon asyou walk in. It smells like filthy mop water that's been sitting for days. Can the people who work there every day not smell?

The ketchup dispenser was out of ketchup, nothing stocked. There were old, dried up ketchup splatters all over the counters, soda fountains, napkin dispenser. The counters behind the soda machines are covered in dust.

Drive thru is horribly slow. When the first car has an order that's delayed, they don't pull that car forward and keep the line moving behind it. The whole line stalls and you wait forever, since no one has the initiative to walk a bag out to the curb. I asked one day why they don't pull cars forward and they looked at me as if they'd never heard of this newfangled technology.

I pulled in recently after 9pm and waited almost 15 minutes for a soda, when I was the third car in line and the inside was deserted. I finally asked for the "manager" at the second window since the line wouldn't budge. She claimed they were "busy" when clearly they were not. It was apparent she had no idea what was going on. Going thru the motions...

I go to McDonald's not because the food is great, but in most places they are fast and efficient. Not in Athens. Avoid.

Was very happy with service. Staff was great. Was nice to be able to sit and have food brought to table

The absolute worse place to eat in Athens, AL! The past 7-8 times I've went there, my order was messed up everytime. Tried to tell the "Manager" about the mistake and she seriously called me a liar! She and her employees that worked drive-thru, and front counter were very rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional! Me and my grandpa seriously had to wait for 25 mins for a Big Mac meal and 2 Crispy Chicken Ranch Wraps! I will not spend another dollar at that place! I would definitely say, if you are wanting anything from there I would reconsider.

Great job. It has a good variety of food. It has many low carb foods that are healthy for you. Try it you will love it.Love Tina Marie

Needs a better staff.. Orders are wrong 50% of time I order.
