Quick fast cheap food. Foods normally pretty good. They do get orders correct at this one!!

Went to McDonalds in Wetumpka this evening when I got off work to get a milkshake, and they said sorry machine is broke. Every time lately I've been to a McDonalds to get a milkshake their machine is broke. It don't matter which McDonalds I go to every one of them say the same thing.

Since reopening with redesigned drive through and new app ordering, service has greatly improved. The employees have always been extremely friendly but the speed of service was slow. The location was not to task of the volume of traffic. Now that location flows very smooth. Keep in mind in the morning if the line is backed up in drive through there is generally no wait inside.

This place was terrible. The cashier was so rude. My order was wrong and when I told her, her attitude got worse. I think paying over $8 for a combo is ridiculous for it to not have whats supposed to be on it. I will not go back.

Although it has been rebuilt from head to toe, the food still hasn't changed. If you don't get there while they are busy and cooking the food fresh then you will get hard old heat lamp overheated food. The employees are very nice.

It was good. Its hot and ready, I work late so I appreciate them for still working how they do. I like the remodel and how they call me sweetheart.

Very poor service. Didn't care about the customer in front of me or me. Got both orders wrong and never heard an apology. Just saw attitude! Won't be going back to this McDonald's. And after reading these reviews I can see this problem has been going on for a long time. I guess it's time to contact corporate since the owner obviously doesn't care about reviews.

McDonald's was recently renovated. If you done in the cashier will give you a number , when your food is ready the will bring it to your table. Food was fresh service was quick.

I have been here on multiple occasions some of the order takers are rude and rush you through the ordering process. There is however one that is very pleasant and I am always happy to hear her come on the speaker. She is well spoken I can clearly understand what she says it's very refreshing. She's a little short girl with dark hair (I think she said her name is Jackie or something like that) she's always smiling even though the toughest peak times.. and always pleasant.

I worked in customer service for many years training employees we put mirrors on their computers to where they could see themselves smile when I answered the phone I think you should hang a mirror to where whoever is doing the survey and especially at the drive-thru so they will at least smile. I've been too many locations and McDonald's in Wetumpka these young people or whoever is at the window are always smiling and telling us to have a great day

This McDonald's is one of the worst ones I have ever visited!! All you have working is people who are trash. Come to the speaker box and hey what can i get you is what I got. I asked her to give me just a minute and when I was ready I spoke up loud and told her I was ready she comes back on laughing saying I'm sorry what did you say? If you would pay attention to you job like you was whatever else you was paying attention to then you might get business!! I told my money to Hardee's! Much much nicer people!!
