What a great find! I had the chicken with goat cheese, sun dryed tomato and wild rice!

Sheila had the salmon wild rice and sweet potatos. Outstanding! Very reasonable prices!

We had a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and a portabella sandwich. Both were very, very good! Service was quick and friendly and atmosphere was pretty cool, as well. Only weird thing was breading on the fries, lol. We're from Ohio and had never heard of that. Neither of us cared for it, but guessing it's a regional specialty maybe. Will eat here again if we vacation in the area again, for sure!

We dropped in on a Saturday night. We were greeted outside the front door and seated immediately. I ordered filet Mignon, garlic mashed potatoes, and garlic spinach with purple onions, everything was cooked to perfection. I really like the fact their portion sizes aren’t massive! You leave full, but not stuffed where you have to be rolled out or have a box full of food you’ll most likely forget about in the car! Pleasant atmosphere and great service!

We ate off the appetizer menu. We both had the coconut lime shrimp. Oh my!! It was delicious and you must dip your bread in the sauce! We also had a sampler of fried green beans, fried green tomatoes and mushrooms. We shared a salad. It was great and we will return

The perfect mix of classy casual informal for this county seat. Food was near perfect, portions were right, service great. We made reservations - - you need them! Except they were out of the beer on their menu I wanted :(

I don't like noisy restaurants and they put us in the quiet section downstairs.

The food was high class and very tasteful, the waitress and host both were very friendly and helpful. The venue is breathtaking and very cozy. Overall I highly recommend this eatery and will definitely be returning when I go back to Guntersville. It is truly worth every penny you pay.

The Rock House was excellent. Great food, service and you need to add it to your list of places to eat. We had heard of it and drove an hour to give it a try. Well worth the drive!!

Our first time to the Rock House and it now ranks as a “favorite”. Beautiful, comfortable dining experience. Food was fabulous, service was top notch, prices were fair and reasonable. A++++++ We’ll be back....often 😁

Our experience at this establishment was beyond excellent. We found the atmosphere warm and welcoming. This eating establishment held antebellum charm combined with true fine dining. It is an experience all it's own. I could not recommend this establishment with higher praise or regard. The Rock House host a relaxed atmosphere yet creates culinary genius. It is an asset to Lake Guntersville.

My husband and I were in the area and decided to call in, they said it was an hr wait so we were ok with that being last min. We got a drink from the awesome bartender and waited all of 15 min if that. The guy that greeted Us at the door was awesome and remember our names. We were seated on the patio with Mary and from then on it was awesome! Will def be back and recommend !

My fiancé and myself frequently visit here and have never had a single complaint. Service is always well and the business is ran very professionally. I’ve had many filets from here and there has never been a time it was cooked incorrectly. Overall, a great spot with a great atmosphere.

I have been here twice and was not disappointed either time. I had the redfish that was absolutely fantastic. My husband had the prime rib and said it was cooked perfect and tasted great. The waitress was a delight as well. We will be back for sure

Found that they are dog friendly. We were there on Sunday. I called them after being told about them. I got there 45 before closing and said I have a dog in a stroller. They said that their outdoor area was closed. However. After a minute they said we could use the outside area. We arrived and they seated us. Gave our pup a water dish. We ordered chickens salad sandwich and an hamburger. The food arrived for us and they also served our pup small pieces of chicken. They food was great. Also, a storm was about 20 minutes away; so we quickly ate... The staff was friendly and helpful. Plan to visit again. It was a day trip that was 2.5 hours away. Well worth it.

Excellent! One of the best bone-in ribeye steaks I’ve ever had. My wife had the broiled grouper with basil cream sauce and she loved it. My mother-in-law had the Mahi Mahi, also wonderful she said. A special, cozy, upscale but not pretentious fine dining experience!

Absolutely amazing atmosphere, staff, & food! I met a new hire here for a late lunch and interview and have not felt more welcome and comfortable anywhere else. Rockhouse will be my go to for entertaining clients and team members. Cannot say enough good things about my experience!!!

Have been coming to Guntersville Lake for many years. I noticed this "house" many times, but wasn't sure if it was a restaurant or not. Periodically, I niticed many vehicles parked around it. I finally decided it must be a restaurant, and have wanted to try it for several years. But only finally visited it the other day for lunch. I was afraid it would be expensive, but found it was comparable to other local restaurants. I ordered a dish I had never had, and was very impressed. The fish tacos were great. We will definitely be back.
