Peppermint mocha is amazing and all but everything else is kinda bland.

Not a good experience. In spite that we bought a $100 gift card and $25 in coffee- they would not give a sample of a new coffee they offered for fresh brew, out of the other. Out of almond milk, untidy place, unpleasant staff. Do not recommend and not the standard of most Starbucks. Disappointing.

Gardendale Starbucks is terrible about not adding the amount of whip to your drinks. My husband and I ALWAYS hsve to ask for extra.
I know there is a set amount they're supposed to go by and judging by all the other locations, Gardendale is not going by what's required. Other than having to send our drinks back every time, this place is great ☕👌

The drink was excellent, but I stood there for over 2 minutes without being greeted while the young females joked and snickered and flirted with male customers. When I finally had an employee acknowledge me she was extremely rude sounding. When my drink was ready the same employee just sat it on the counter and didnt even call out my name and when I finally got up to see if it was my drink the young girls started giggling and making gauging noises. Way to make your customers feel welcome. I will not be back!

Got my order right the first time (my order gets messed up a lot) and it was perfect! Quick service even though the line was long!

They are always busy but very fast at getting what you need. They are friendly and welcoming. Love this place

I find no reason to rate this location any less than 5 stars. Moving people in and out in a timely manner, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Not too crowded or loud. Spelled my name correctly. Obliged the couple of questions and requests I had after placing initial order. Friendly service by those serving me directly as well as the other workers there.

Clean, organized, friendly staff. Good place to get some reports done on my computer while I drink my coffee!

Typical Starbucks location with a very busy drive through. The staff here are much slower than other Starbucks that we frequent... so be prepared to wait
