The site offers bday coupons but when i tried to redeem the manager advised me very curtly that it was up to the individual franchisees whether or not to accept and they wouldn't accept it. Crappy business practice and attitude. I eat there a lot less since this experience left a bad taste in my mouth... I gave 3 bc the other staff is really nice and the food is good

Prices are too high what ever little you endup buying comes to about 10.00

I had a disappointing experience at Au Bon Pain. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the 1981 Marcus Ave, New Hyde Park, NY 11042, USA location were far from accommodating. I won't be giving it another chance.

So, Au Bon Pain at 1981 Marcus Ave, New Hyde Park, NY 11042, USA is where I ended up today. Their mocha was pretty decent, and the atmosphere was relaxed. It's the kind of place where you can kick back, enjoy your coffee, and not worry about a thing.

I was expecting more from Au Bon Pain. The latte was lackluster, and the service was slow. It's not a place I'd recommend for a quick caffeine fix.
