The woman who is an older woman , im not sure what her name is but she is becoming even more rude than what she already was. She is inpatient , and she hung up on me on several occasions because she couldn't hear me , I screamed louder so she could hear me . Maybe she should go check her hearing . This place use to be amazing , the food is great when you receive it the way you order it . On most occasions I have gotten my bagels the way I don't want it. I have had them remade and they still made it wrong . Get with the program. This place is becoming a dump. I've worked in an area similar to this and I was always kind and happy , learn how to work with a positive attitude , if you don't have one maybe you shouldn't be working ! To all the other employees nothing but nice and amazing , then this woman always shows up nasty and rude ruins the bagel boys experience for me .

The food here is very good...they even have Sable fish....and the staff is knowlegable about the items they have. Fast lunch service even when it's crazy.

A top quality bagel shop and deli well worth a stop. Prices are comparatively high for some accompanying choices such as small bags of chips and drinks. Demand can often exceed supply for some items (sesame bagels) on busy weekend days; get there early or phone ahead to set aside. In/out street access can be very difficult at times.

Love the BB. Generous with whatever u order on ur bagel. Large selections Clean Polite Large seating area. 2 TV s
No rush. Plenty of help behind counters. Nice bakery and deli..prices reasonable.

don't like the service. It took them 25min to give me one coffee, a bagel with cream cheese and an acai bowl.

Would I go again? NO

Would I recommend it? No really

The bagel w/cream cheese and my coffee were cold by the time they finished the bowl. The coffee tasted awful because the milk was expired. The bagel with cream cheese... well, I think I had never seen a bagel that flat. It didn't have cream cheese. I mean, It had, but it didn't. You know what I mean? It was poor.
The Acai bowl, they didn't have the ingredients of the acai bowl that I asked for so they improvised, i gotta be honest, that one wasn't thaaaat bad.

Great menu choices and friendly staff. The atmosphere is good too along with the delicious bagel choices.

Great tasting and fresh bagels. Best when they're nice and warm. The lines move quickly but when they're really busy, they tend to mix up orders and prices so check your bag before you leave. Still recommend it though!

Their fresh everything bagels and chocolate/coconut cookies are delicious! I highly recommend!

Great bagels. Nice selection. Quality is good and portions generous. Can be pricey. Yogurt parfait and premade Greek salad is $14 dollars. Very little gluten free alternatives here. Staff is friendly and efficient. They work really well under pressure too. Lines can get long.

Cine here every Sunday to pick up breakfast or brunch to take back home and share. Great selection and fresh food. Always popular with our guests.

The place was busy, but they were on top of it. 4 sandwiches and 6 coffees ordered and they got them all right. They were also delicious.
