We went through the drive through and they forgot we were there. When my dad asked them why it was taking 10 mins to give us a plain bagel toasted with butter they hurried it up immediately and gave us the bagel for free.

Had them remake my coffee twice and it was still nasty. Just got for the bagels!

Ridiculously expensive, $7.57 for cream cheese bagel and drink. Cashier initially wanted to charge $13 +

Ordered a sandwich and the bagel was the size of a silver dollar. There was almost no meat, etc on it. Total was just under 10 dollars.

Nice staff, actually very polite young folks working, nice to see. Only caveat is they are making food to order and serving people looking bagels and cream cheese to go in the same lines.. The wait is pretty long. They should have an express line for people looking to grab bagels and go

I work in the area and come in the mornings sometimes. For the most part the service is good, except when they get very busy, then a lot if mistakes on orders.

My only compliant, there is a group of regulars always there and they are boisterous about Baseball with other customers and the staff. The last time I was there, I got up and left I was so annoyed with the aruging.

Convenient location. The customer service can be less than welcoming and a bit slow. The bagels are always fresh and very delicious. The assortment of spreads is OK, could offer expanded options. They offer a nice selection of juices and drinks, expanding these options would be great as well. Good parking as it's located in a strip mall.
