Lot's of employee laughing and joking, little employee service. Requested salt on a pretzel three times and was told three times it doesn't come with salt despite explaining other cumbies add it. Was told to leave it I objected to the poor customer service, and then was given the wrong refund amount. Had to correct that.

The coffee at Cumberland Farms was heavenly! The baristas really know their stuff, and the 63 George St, Fort Ann, NY 12827, USA location had a charming, rustic vibe. I'll be coming back for more.

I was unimpressed by Cumberland Farms. The coffee was nothing special, and the ambiance was lackluster at the 63 George St, Fort Ann, NY 12827, USA location. I won't be recommending it to anyone.
