Sometimes the line is just too long inside the store do they run out of things and it's just not worth the time. Go over to Owego or Vestal

Service is hit or miss. Staff is in a constant turnover. Donuts trucked in from a significant distance away, so if you don't get here early your choice will be limited & usually stale.

You just lost a good customer I am in your establishment at the very least 2 times a day for the last 5 years purchasing coffee, ice tea and many other items! Your ice te is room temperature and the ice is melted before I can even get home which is less than 2 miles away I always get an extra cup of ice because of this, especially because I take it on the golf course and need the extra ice! Now all of a sudden you want to charge me for ice when the quick melting process is your fault! Well from now on I go to Macdonalds their tea and coffee is just as good and guess what?!?!? It's a whole lot cheaper and the ice doesn't melt! Their tea is $1 for a large one and so is their coffee and it's just as good! I'll never be back to your establishment! You've lost a really good customer all over not wanting to give someone ice in a plastic cup!!!!!!!!

Manager said I was costing him money by being a daily paying customer and asking for ice and a flavor shot with my espresso. Terrible customer service.

Clean, well-kept, orderly. Honestly, everything you're looking for in a DD. In and out, perfect order, friendly and prompt staff.

Employees are friendly and competent. Drive through often backs up. I find that it is often quicker to order in store vs using drive through.

Dunkin' Donuts never disappoints! The coffee is consistently great, and the staff is always friendly. The 7858 NY-434, Apalachin, NY 13732, USA location is my go-to spot for a caffeine fix.
