I constantly refer to this Dunkin' to all my friends as "The Number 1 Dunkin' in America." I stand by it! Always so fast and so friendly, both morning and night staff! Everytime I bring a friend to the drive-thru, whatever we order it ready as soon as we get to the window. My friends are always in shock at their excellent service!

I have been working on this area for 5yrs. Never had a complaint for this particular DD. Staff is friendly and service is quick.

I see a lot of 1 star reviews about customers going in the middle of the night. I often go during the morning or day and always experience a total opposite experience.

Service is crazy fast, drive-thru has you in and out. Employees are friendly and they have never made a mistake.

Just had the worst experience I have ever experienced in a drive thru. At 7 pm I pulled up to the drive thru at 1636 Central Ave Dunkin, I ordered one large coffee as I do 7 to 10 times per week. After confirming my order the person told me to pull around to the window. I was pulling change out of my pocket and removed my seat belt as I counted out the change..again she said pull up to the window to which I responded I am counting the change I need.. her curt response was SIR YOU NEED TO PULL AROUND TO THE WINDOW THIS IS A VERY BUSY STORE.. To which I responded there is no one behind me in the drive thru.... SHE THEN RAISED HER VOICE AND SAID YOU NEED TO PULL UP TO THE WINDOW NOW SIR! When I pulled up to the window she said that will be 2.69 to which I responded I'd like to speak to the manager She then informed me that she was the manager and she needed 2.69 if I wanted the coffee. I then told her to stick the coffee and FU. I am 63 years old and spent my life in sales and customer service and I don't recall another person treating me with so little respect. I am so aggravated I tracked down her name Jen as the manager of this Dunkin. I will never buy another cup of coffee at this location.

My boyfriend and I just went through the drive thru at 1:50 am and the lady working was so rude! She was huffing and puffing while taking our order which was just two coffees. One iced and one hot. My boyfriends coffee was cold and mine tasted so disgusting. It didn't even taste like coffee. She also shoved our coffee in his hand. We were the only ones there so I just don't understand why she was so mad? Never going to that dunkin again.

It's my local Dunkin and I've never had any problems with an order, which is rare for fast food chains

Coffee is still good, but getting what you order seems to be a 50/50 gamble at this location.

TWO NOTES... (1) The weekday morning crew is second to NONE. Usually a well oiled machine. The little firecracker running the drive through pit crew is awesome. She's always laser focused. (2) ADD NEAR-FIELD PAY MODULES TO YOUR DRIVE THROUGH. I use Samsung Pay which can be used everywhere, but some won't handle the phone and others at different locations just want to argue that it won't work, or "we don't take Apple pay"... which it's not Apple. C'mon Dunkin... time to update your POS systems.

Horrible service. The staff was bickering amongst themselves. Drink orders were wrong multiple times. Food was overcooked and the staff was reluctant to fix it.
